Last year, the University of Northern Colorado hung 680 #languagematters posters around campus, warning students against words and phrases deemed offensive. Words are connected to a long and often forgotten history of oppression and people, one poster said. Language matters because, whether it is intentional or not, the impact of words can reinforce oppression and feelings of discomfort, fear and shame, another said.

Idiots are idiots...
This is what academia has become.
Is “precious snowflake” offensive?
1st Amendment....BEGONE!!!! Freakin’ morons.
It is no longer academia, it is indoctrination with suppression of non-liberal ideas
Someone should go around and hang that sign right underneath the other ones
GEEZ Orwell was prescient!!!!
STICKS AND STONES WILL BREAK MY BONES, BUT WORDS ARE EVEN WORSE!
Colleges continue to coddle the young mushbrains.
Will they be able to handle real life on the outside?
These snowflake scum are the future of this country? Wow. What a shame. I want to see how these scum end up in the workforce.
New language supposedly deemed non-offensive to anyone - Grunt groan harrumph ugh nyuck. I have no idea what it means - and neither does anybody else. But it is non-offensive - except to Neanderthals. And they’re all dead.

The collectivist bias of libtardism is destructive to the ideals of liberty and social order, and to the growth of the individual to adult competence. Instead of promoting a rational society of competent adults who solve the problems of living through voluntary cooperation, the modern libtard agenda creates an irrational society of child-like adults who depend upon governments to take care of them. In its ongoing effort to collectivize society's basic economic, social, and political processes, the libtard agenda undermines the character traits essential to individual liberty, material security, voluntary cooperation, and social order.

Something along those lines.
Other amendments have been eroded (Fourth, Tenth)...
There you go. How do they stay open to pose as a university? Those openly opposing the Constitution should serve time or shunned until there is restitution equal to the damage they have laid on minds of students with heads full of mush.
I've got a few words for their "Bias Response Team" but they would get me suspended or banned!
Ah, BUT grasshopper, you fail to appreciate to power of 'PC'! It is the 'victim' who takes offense based upon their internal perception. Thus nothing is safe no matter what it's objective content. It devolves offense to the most thin-skinned amongst us!
Take care not to denigrate the power of people determined to be offended!
First, they came for the Second Amendment. I did not care, as I did not own guns.
Then they came for the First Amendment...and the Second was not there to protect it.
