West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin told an MSNBC panel on Thursday that the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is "killing us" in terms of preventing gun violence.
Mr. Manchin, a Democrat, referred to due process as an inconvenient "firewall" when it comes to denying Americans firearms.
Money quote: "So can't we say that if a person is under suspicion, there should be a five-year period of time that we have to see if good behavior, if this person continues the same traits?"

Manchin is another jerk who hates Americans. He’s all upset about due process, but he doesn’t care that the half breed won’t let the FBI investigate Mohammedans.
When I grew up in the 1970’s, the phrase “Its a free country” was used a lot.
Now, not so much.

Everyday I continue to be amazed at the slow dance we seem to be doing to move toward that which we fought W.W. II to stop. Yet here we are, moving toward tyranny and some sort of Dictatorship.

the problem is not the Constitution it is our corrupted politicians letting millions of people into the USA unchecked, an Invasion..that and those politicians who won’t impeach those responsible..gutless politicians few patriots among the whole lot all out for themselves.. may they rot in hell.
