If you had used "inadvertently" instead of "responsible", or similar wording, you would have been correct.
Armitrage wasn't "responsible". He didn't know Plame was under non-official cover. The error was on the part of whoever put her name on the distribution of an unclassified memo/report, identifying her as a CIA employee.
That's why I am taking this guy's advice if I am ever in a similar situation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wXkI4t7nuc

Thanks for posting this. While I was writing my earlier posting, this exact video went through my mind, and I was going to add it as a reminder of how an innocent person can get tripped up.
But I forgot it, and I appreciate the follow-up.
Great minds...
Trump is not enough of a republican so he’s gonna vote for hillary the incomptent corrupt scheming felon
With that power of logic and reasoning you can see why bush’s foreign policy was doomed
Nothing other than after a three year investigation as to who outed Valerie Plame as an alleged under cover CIA agent it was finally revealed that it was Dickie Armitage himself........
So what was his penalty? Scooter Libby went to prison........Nice.
“These people are not Republicans”
Uh, yes, they are. Get with the program.
yes he did, he could have come out to the MSM in the very beginning and admitted his comments to Novak. In fact, he had three years to do it but he didn't.
Why isn’t he in jail?
Why isn’t he in jail?
So here is a little insider, which actually shouldn’t surprise anyone. A very well known billionaire, associate of Trump, a Republican, a capitalist (when asked by someone very close to the situation “of course he will vote for Trump”. With a smirk, he said, “no he will vote for Clinton, she is able to be bought and managed”
Very well said.
Libby was found guilty of perjury, not for revealing Plame's identity. While it's fair to ask if Libby really did commit perjury, it was his own statements that got him in trouble, not anything Novak did or didn't do.
Yes, the whole prosecution could have been avoided. But, that's like saying a car wreck could have been avoided if the not-at-fault driver hadn't driven to work that morning.
This @sshole is right about one thing: Donald Trump isn’t a Republican. There’s no Republican candidate in this election. It’s an election between a Democrat and an Independent who basically stole the Republican line on the ballot. Good for him.
Well maybe not...but he's a hell of a lot better "republican" then the Uniparty RINOs are.
can he be EXPELLED from the party?
No one should have anything to do with this scumbag ever again.
Piss on this guy who ruined Scooter Libby and almost wrecked the Bush admin. Now a shill for Shrillary, unreal....
