Sen. Lindsey Graham said Thursday that presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, who says he’s meeting with the National Rifle Association to talk about banning people on the government’s no-fly list from buying guns, is on the "right road" on the issue.
“I want to applaud Mr. Trump. I think he’s [going] to the middle on something that’s very important," Mr. Graham said on 'Fox and Friends' Thursday morning.
"If you're on a no-fly list, if the government has determined that you are too dangerous to get on an airplane, I believe you shouldn’t be able to buy a gun. But [there must be] a process to challenge that determination in court."
"So that’s where Mr. Trump is going," he said. "Mr. Trump is on the right road to trying to find the middle ground.

What can go wrong linking 2nd amendment rights to a known flawed fed created list?
I had the slightest hope Graham was talking about the immigration pause.
“If you are erroneously on a ‘no fly’ list .. do whatever it takes to get it corrected and your name removed.”
Therein lies the problem. The “lists” are so “secret” that you can’t find out if you’re on one until you actually have your Constitutional RIGHTS abridged! But Trump is right to try and start the process whereby those RIGHTS are not compromised.
Why should people on no fly lists be allowed in the country?
Under a patriot president this gun purchase rule automatically extended to those on no fly lists seems reasonable.
But, look into the future. Along comes another in the mold of Boobamba and Hillary, as President of the United States, who can then expand this ridiculous argument to some other list and place anyone on it, and keep them on it.
Close chapter, close book, America is disarmed.
What might work under a TRUMP presidency turns into tool easily for oppression under another.
Think ahead, Mr. TRUMP, think ahead. Don’t fall for the gun control argument that redirects away from Jihad.
It should be made clear that virtually every liberal ‘good intention’ initiative has gone bad, very bad.
It should be made clear there are sound, logical, practical reasons the Constitution was written the way it was, namely, so that a relatively few corrupt cannot wreck the entire country.
Lets see, if you are on the no fly list you can’t buy a gun, so lets put anyone we want on the list. That’ll stop those wascally wepublicans from getting guns. By the time our bureaucrats finish reviewing their cases they’ll be in nursing homes and then the SS caregiver amendment will stop them from getting one. Brilliant.

Linda’s problem is that Trump won every county in his state and got all 50 delegates.
Trump is much more popular with Linda’s peeps than he is.
Yes there is redress to get taken off the no fly list.
Graham knows we hate him. He’s just gaslighting Trump here with “praise”. He’s trying to stir the pot and get us unhappy with Trump basically.
I never applied for the express lane, so was dumbfounded as to why I was on the "nice" list, but walked through and enjoyed it.
Next flight, I had to go through the whole rigamarole. I told them last time I had qualified for the express lane, what had changed. Nobody could give me an answer other than to inform me that I was no longer on the list, for equally unknown reasons.
Other than being a little taller, having more hair and a slightly darker complexion, I am about as average looking as can be for a 60 year old guy.
How is that accomplished?

Lady Lindsay apparently doesn’t quite grasp the idea that, once the No Fly-No Buy law is passed, he’ll find himself on the no fly list, along with everyone else with the wrong letter following their name.

IMO, this is blatantly unconstitutional. But, assume it is true. Why then should people on the "list" have any constitutional rights? Why should they be able to vote? Receive any benefits from social programs?
