I said Sunday I though the Islamic attack in Orlando and the way 0bama and Hillary reacted to it would elect Trump.
But the new polling data today and social media is showing a surge for Hillary. I’m very shocked. I can say without a doubt the country, I grew up in is no more.
The author has a point. These politicians who call for our disarmament are the best case in point. Such persons would have had their teeth slapped outa their mouth by the likes of Ben Franklin, George Washington, or Thomas Jefferson in a New York minute. We are getting what we deserve.
America could end crime in months if it had the political and social will to do so.
It doesn’t.

It’s not just charge the machine gun courage.
It’s the courage to vote for the best candidate and to not vote based on emotions.
It’s the courage to work hard to give your family better things instead of stealing.
It’s the courage to make changes in your life instead of hiding behind the haze of drugs.
Our justice system is a joke though, and judges are too lenient. People who commit crimes as their life’s work only spend a few years behind bars, released, then commit more crime.

It kinda bothers me that there were supposedly 300 people in that venue and I haven’t read anywhere where any of them charged the terrorist. This is something that should be taught in schools. When you have a fight or flight impulse and there is no path to flee, then you have to fight. If a half dozen or so “victims” had charged the perp rather than cower in fear, the death toll could have been dramatically lowered.
But Americans are somehow taught not to confront attackers but to give in to them. The police will come. Yeah, they came.... 3 hours after they were called to the scene.
We need to have a “Let’s Roll” attitude when these events happen. And they will happen. Again and Again until we all learn to fight back and use every weapon at our disposal.
Crime is very low among Whites and Asians. It is only rampant among certain ethnic groups.

The author is a blowhard asshat. Easy to be a desk jockey demanding OTHER people who WERE ACTUALLY THERE, do more. But that’s the path of true cowardice.
I have an old 9-iron in one corner of my office and a cricket bat .. much nastier than a baseball bat .. behind my desk. Both can be explained away, but both could be very effective weapons, in the absence of anything better, should the need arise.
