Once again our president has no idea what he’s talking about.
President Obama spoke to reporters Monday about the terrorist attack on the Pulse nightclub in Orlando and said Omar Mateen had a “Glock which had a lot of clips in it.” Obama also said Mateen had an “assault rifle.”According to CNN, the President explained that Mateen acquired his guns via a background check. And he explained that the background check did not stop Manteen “because he did not have a criminal record that in some ways would prohibit him from purchasing” his weapons…
…It should be noted that Glocks do not have “clips”; they have magazines.
How can you even form a comment to such an incredibly stupid remark?????

Listening to the Doctors being interviewed this morning I learned that because the AR 15 is a military weapon it has bigger bullets and does more damage than a civilian gun. Wow! Who knew that .223 was larger than a 45acp?
I’ve got one of those multi-clip Glocks on order.
Paid a lot for it, and a lot more to skip the background check and have it delivered directly to my house.

I don’t know how to do graphics but the picture I got in my head is a Glock with some blast lines and paper clips streaming out of the barrel.
Keep muslims out of this country. They have no problem with killing innocent people. THEY are the problem, not guns.
Any standard Glock will do. Just remove the magazine and open the action. Stuff in as many paper clips as the cavities will hold. That will fit the Obamic description of the murder weapon. If you then want to kill someone with that Glock, just hit them in the head often and as hard as you can.

And yet, the AR15 is NOT a military weapon. The military equivalent is the M16 which is a select-fire rifle. The AR15 is the semi-auto variant. Not to say that vets and non-vets don’t love the platform all the same, but the military uses what the civilian population can’t buy (or afford, anyway).
I wish someone would school these idiots on the differences, but they don’t care. It’s a distinction without a difference in their minds. Guns = death according to liberals.
I’m glad our governor has stayed out of the discussion up to this point. I talked to my rep, and his office has assured me that there are no discussions of gun control in Tallahassee at this time.
