When Omar Mateen — a 29-year-old security guard — opened fire at Pulse nightclub in Orlando on Sunday, killing 49 people and wounding 53, it wasn't his first time at the club. In fact, according to at least four regular patrons, Mateen had visited the club several times before, and one — Chris Callen, a drag queen who performs at Pulse under the name Kristina McLaughlin — said Mateen had been going there "for at least three years."
Additional reports suggest Mateen had created profiles on multiple gay-dating apps: Grindr, Jack'd, and Adam for Adam, to name a few. And a former police-academy classmate of Mateen's said he believed Mateen was gay and had asked him out on a date. "We went to a few gay bars with him, and I was not out at the time, so I declined his offer," the classmate told the Palm Beach Post. He went on, "He just wanted to fit in and no one liked him. He was always socially awkward."

but it is the combo with Islam that made this situation nuclear.... without Islam it the self-hatred would have remained inward, or at most a murder-suicide with a lover but not this mass murder motivated by ISLAM

I said, ‘Hey,’ and he turned and said, ‘Hey,’” and nodded his head, West said. “I could tell by the eyes.”
Just the mere idea that, after exchanging messages for a freaking year, West met the shooter the very first time exactly before the massacre, is incredulous.
In politically incorrect times, the connection between latent/suppressed homosexuality and mass murder was often made. The Left may drag out this theory once again to “explain” the Orlando massacre and to “absolve” Islamism as a motive.

But the real lesson here is whatever the gripe, the default position for too many of these jerks inundated in Islamic hatred is to take out as many infidels as possible.

Daddy and all the uncles raped him repeatedly as a child, They are a good muslem family. The difference in Islamic upbringing where young boys are used as sex toys and societal norms of even the western gay culture in southern Florida were clearly incompatible with his mental process.

I’m not ready to buy the “he was gay” meme. It seems way too much like a push by the media to divert attention from his islamist motives and paint this as a hate crime which can be solved by banning guns.
