COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. --
Dressed in Donald Trump shirts and hats, the family walked up to the window at the Cook Out on Boulevard in Colonial Heights to order burgers and milkshakes.
"As soon as we got to the window, someone inside said 'Hell no! I'm not serving them,'" Riggs told WTVR.
After a few minutes of discussion behind the window, their orders were eventually taken.
"Everyone was laughing and giggling," Riggs said about the uncomfortable situation.
At one point, she said, an employee yelled that an order was ready, but when her cousin went to the window to claim the food, she was told, "Oh not for you!"
"You should not be discriminated based on who you support, whether it be Bernie, Hillary or Mr. Trump," Riggs said.
While the employees laughed, Riggs said, she canceled her order and asked for the number to corporate.

New employee at Subway the other night. Slopped my sandwich together, asked him to please spread the pepperoni out better. Then I made him - nicely - take off the tomatoes with the white centers and put some ripe ones on. Finally I get ranch and mayo, generously, and I told him how I wanted it put on.
He didn't get it. I said like a wave or squiggley, and the other girl there (this was a black guy) started to tell him. I discovered it tastes better that way for some reason, more even distribution of the flavors. It was good though when i got it home. I always get the exact same thing then go through McD's because their cokes taste better and are cheaper.

Anyone that would do that would spit in the food or worse. I wouldn’t consider that a safe place for middle class white folks to eat.

Not much they could sue for as Trump supporters are not a protected class and they were eventually served.
However, a boycott might work.
But, it may be a tough boycott to sell, as the aggrieved bought the food.

Nice to see the Target figures. The CEO must be sweating more bullets than he could ever buy outright. Never again. Not that the store was ever frequented that much anyway. Perhaps at Christmas but who knows, they may refuse to celebrate that this year as well.
The more bad publicity this place gets, the better. A big class-action suit by all trump supporters wouldn’t hurt, either.
Cookout is privately held by one family, surname is Reaves. Junior Samples of Hee-Haw fame is their grandfather. You might want to hold your fire, don’t know it for a fact but I suspect they’re not exactly leftists. What I do suspect is that the employees did this on their own.

From a “spokesman” for Cook Out. My only question is what resolution did they decide on for their employees’ blatant discrimination? Did they just send them home for a day? Did they receive a formal reprimand? Were they terminated? Until the people served by this chain get a real answer from the corporate HQ I suggest you spend your money elsewhere without fear of workers spitting on your food because of your ideological beliefs as may be the case at Cook Out...
