At the center of a criminal probe involving Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information is a series of emails between American diplomats in Islamabad and their superiors in Washington about whether to oppose specific drone strikes in Pakistan.
The 2011 and 2012 emails were sent via the “low side’’—government slang for a computer system for unclassified matters—as part of a secret arrangement that gave the State Department more of a voice in whether a Central Intelligence Agency drone strike went ahead, according to congressional and law-enforcement officials briefed on the Federal Bureau of Investigation probe.
Some of the emails were then forwarded by Mrs. Clinton’s aides to her personal email account, which routed them to a server she kept at her home in suburban New York when she was secretary of state, the officials said. Investigators have raised concerns that Mrs. Clinton’s personal server was less secure than State Department systems.

Obama and Loretta will push this well past November. HRC may get a pardon. Don’t look to any revelations or action during the campaign. Also look for HRC to lose because she has no warmth and is a really bad campaigner. She will get thumped by Trump.

Obama endorsed her so there would be a hue and cry for an independent counsel, stretching this debacle out for eons. It’s already started. There are articles from everywhere calling for the IC, claiming now Obama and his DOJ can’t be impartial.
Obama is like Pontius Pilate. He’s doing everything he can to wash his hands of this stink.

Shrillary will claim it wasn’t marked “classified” so how would she know? But that excuse doesn’t hold water because the NDA pinned down that any sender or recipient had the responsibility to RECOGNIZE what was sensitive information, even if it wasn’t marked classified.

Yep, er, nope. Operational details are never discussed or transmitted non-secure. It’s just not done. That is one of the easiest categories of classified to recognize. Tech details can sometimes be hard to guage. Opsec, humint, comsec, souces and methods, these are easy - assume secret or even top secret until proven otherwise.
If Hillary wins, the rule of law is no more. The FBI knows this. They have to fall on their swords to stop Hillary.
If this had been within DoD....all of those who cut and paste would have had a 30-day investigation, an IG sign off, and their security clearances permanently lost.

But with the current administration, who knows? I don’t recall seeing so many get away with so much, many not even getting a slap on the wrist. Just makes me sick.
I may regret it, but I’m putting my faith in Comey until proven wrong. I’m counting on him to remain apolitical & to throw a big presser when the investigation is over & he recommends an indictment.
I see no way that 150 plus FBI agents are going to sit idly by while Obama trashes their reputation when his AG refuses to indict. There will be huge leaks all over the place.
Hillary may never see prison, but she will not escape the damage.

My opinion, State and White House, warn their friends about strikes which have been okayed, if the target is _working_ with them.
