Shrillary will claim it wasn’t marked “classified” so how would she know? But that excuse doesn’t hold water because the NDA pinned down that any sender or recipient had the responsibility to RECOGNIZE what was sensitive information, even if it wasn’t marked classified.

Yep, er, nope. Operational details are never discussed or transmitted non-secure. It’s just not done. That is one of the easiest categories of classified to recognize. Tech details can sometimes be hard to guage. Opsec, humint, comsec, souces and methods, these are easy - assume secret or even top secret until proven otherwise.
