Yes, they can be. We had the right kind of clouds this evening to make the sky blaze.
Somewhere, I have a pic I snapped of a sunrise several years ago. Our woods are to the east and it looked like they were on fire. Really cool sunrise. Or I guess I should say hot! LOL
Sounds like another winner, especially since it had a happy ending. That kind of movie can be tough to watch. “Schindler’s List” was on the other night and as always, it jerked the tears from my tear ducts.
Mmmmm, 75 degrees and some rain. We’d sure like that here.
It was pretty toasty and going to be hotter the next week or so. Guess your previous heat has decided to head this way.
Never found out anything about yesterday’s scare. Nothing serious, apparently, since they’re all ok. We’ll probably never know.

We’re all doin’ ok here. Getting ready to hunker down the next few days since it’ll be so hot. Hubby’s out mowing tonight so he won’t have to do it in the heat.

She WAS cute, but her "walking boots" never did much for me.
There was SO MUCH incredible music from the '60's, including the "one hit wonders", that the '60's remain my most favorite music decade.

BRRRR! Frost this morning? Not fun!
Hasn’t been too hot the past several days and is a bit cool this evening. The heat wave moves in tomorrow and will sit for several days.
