Trump Is Right: The Shame of Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell
American Spectator ^ | 06/07/16 | Jeffrey Lord

The race-driven San Diego La Raza Association is exactly what’s wrong with the legal system.

The GOP Establishment is in full flight.

No Abraham Lincolns here.

In a shameful haste to embrace identity politics, the latter the political descendant of slavery and segregation, Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell have stunningly given thumbs up to a judge who has made no bones about injecting his ethnic heritage into his role as a lawyer and judge.

In a broadside against Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who presiding over the case against Trump University (a case in itself riddled with bad judicial decision-making as the judge has assigned the case to a notoriously Clinton-supporting law firm — more of which later this week), Trump has assailed the Indiana-born judge as “of Mexican heritage” who has “an inherent conflict of interest.”

January 20, 2009

Usurpation Day

All of our judicial and elected stood around and watched an usurper take the oath of office when they knew he was not eligible because he had been born a British subject, he had it on his own website.

=====================================================================

Bingo!

Usurpation in full view, knowledge and support of the judiciary and congress.

January 20, 2009, the day the country betrayed the framers and founders.

Apparently, Ben, we could not keep the Republic.

That’s assuming the republicans still have their seats after this November. If they do they’ll be lucky. They deserve to lose.

Why are we not more proactive? Because most of us are still naive enough to believe that the law is actually guiding our culture. Because we go to work on a daily basis instead of sitting on our rumps feeding off our government “entitlement” checks. Because we actually raise our children instead of letting them run the streets in wild packs. Because our time is spent in church and civic groups instead of race or nationality based complaint clubs. Because we are the workers, builders, and preservers -— all of which takes most of our time, money, and talents. This leaves little left for the kind of full immersion politics it is going to take to turn this all around. None of these are excuses, but the time has come when they can’t even be reasons. If we don’t step up now, we must know and accept that our children and grandchildren will not be living in America.

Now is the time for all good AMERICANS to come to the aid of their Country!!!

Indeed!

"If there is a lesson in all of this it is that our Constitution is neither a self-actuating nor a self-correcting document. It requires the constant attention and devotion of all citizens. There is a story, often told, that upon exiting the Constitutional Convention Benjamin Franklin was approached by a group of citizens asking what sort of government the delegates had created. His answer was: "A republic, if you can keep it." The brevity of that response should not cause us to under-value its essential meaning: democratic republics are not merely founded upon the consent of the people, they are also absolutely dependent upon the active and informed involvement of the people for their continued good health."

“La Raza = the Mexican KKK”

The KKK was never as inimical to everything American as La Raza.

According to Wikipedia and any other sources I’ve found La Raza means “The Race”. There is no doubt.

However, after the Judge was outed as a member of a La Raza group, or groups, posters on a thread decided that La Raza didn’t actually mean The Race. No. It is actually translated “The People” and is only a phrase indicating National Pride. I’m serious.

Someone needs some screenshots before “The Race” goes down the memory hole. And it will.

Aaaahhhhh! Perfect.

For once, I’m not smarter than the writer of an article.

Well done.

McConnell should answer for his private owned trucking company that was caught hauling illegal HEROIN..

The press doesn't seem to care about that, all they care about is trashing Trump over the ‘so called Judge’ who should recluse himself from the Trump University case...

as for Paul Ryan...he is a pussy...no other word describes him..

And what do you know.

Wikipedia just now updated with a link to an article at La Weekly “Why La Raza is not a racist term”

http://www.laweekly.com/news/dear-trump-fans-la-raza-is-not-a-racist-term-7003572

How did I know that was coming?

Trump should start the campaign in WI after the convention and campaign for the other Paul, Paul Nehlen.

Essentially what the critics are saying is that Trump is a racist for accusing someone of being racist... Well doesn’t that then make them a racist for accusing Trump of being a racist?

These GOPe idiots have now shown the true extent of their fear of Democrats’ race-baiting.

The whole case was set up to discredit Trump. They picked a venue, a judge, got Clinton attorney’s and off they go. Trump smells the rat.

And he’s a man of honor and principle and that’s just how it is.

Everyone is rooting for him except the GOPe.

Newt is off my list. Perry or Christie for VP

They’ll do the same thing to Trump they did to Romney. Remember all the people who lost their jobs because of Romney? Don’t for a minute believe the gop is behind Trump.

Sadly, millions will turn from Trump. They’re just looking for an excuse.

Stating the full name of The National Council of The Race .... is racist. Example: It’s racist to say the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People instead of the NAACP.

Every time Trump says something radical people think he’s really stepped in it now. Then little by little it becomes apparent that he was on point the whole time. Almost like it wasn’t just some off the cuff remark and he actually had been thinking about it for some time before putting it out there. Hmmm.....
