It’s going to be 102-F today in Redding. Here in Sacramento it is going to be 105-F. Yikes. Not a good day to be outside.

Went through Redding a couple of times when I drove the semi. Beautiful country.

Didn’t make it through last night’s rally, will be watching it shortly.
So, my 27 year-old son is suffering from a bad case of adult chicken pox. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for making him more comfortable while his has this horrible illness.

Oh gosh, your poor son - he must be miserable. Maybe Calamine lotion on the pox - it’s good for a lot of things and may help the itching.
Our resident Dr., Nikos, may have another suggestion.
I feel better when Trumps doing Hanger stops rather than convention center stops.

Oh yum, haven’t had a doughnut in a while and those look pretty tasty.
Some of us were discussing the Beach Boys the other day (they were in the Memorial Day National Concert). Fox & Friends has bands on their outside plaza on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day (IIRC the timing correctly).
Today the BEACH BOYS ARE ON THE PLAZA! They should be talking with them and the “boys” should be singing sometime within the next 2 hours (at least here on the left coast).

I think my mother used a baking soda paste on our pox. Just add enough water to the soda to make it spreadable
I think the convention center stops are more accommodating for the attendees (Trump supporters)because many can have seats, but the hangar venues are probably not so good for the agitators (many of them Mexicans). The protesters/agitators yesterday in San Jose and the police response to same was troubling - they’ve been showing a clip on F&F of a woman trying to get to safety inside and the cops just standing by (Dem Mayor and Gov Moonbeam).

My mom used to do the same baking soda with a little water paste on our mosquito bites, etc. and it is definitely soothing and stops the itch as well as seem to reduce the swelling.
Looks really good, but I need my eggs a bit more done than that - I like mine over medium (I know, picky, picky ;-) OK I’m hungry now.
