In the aftermath of the Jan. 12, 2010, earthquake, Haiti’s largest public hospital went from a place of last resort to a life-saving refuge where the dead and dying lined the entrance, doctors operated with vodka and patients recovered inside tents.
Five years later, the tents are gone, and so are the buildings that collapsed under the weight of the 7.0 disaster. But a new 534-bed Hospital of the State University of Haiti (HUEH), the country’s key public healthcare facility, is still at least two years away from reconstruction, despite funding from international donors.

What's the point? You have not guessed yet? Compare this 7 year delay in disbursing the funds from what may have come from the Clinton Foundation to what Trump has gone through in not having disbursed $5.6 million in just a few months.
Why isn't the press screaming about this?

The delay now is projected at 7 years and the Clinton Foundation took hundreds of millions of dollars in and nothing has been built. That is the point.

Most people have not heard this .... Trump and/or his people need to educate the public on this. A lot of American taxpayer contributions went down the “rabbit hole” & never got spent in Haiti helping the people who needed it - Bill Clinton was put in charge by the UN & Hilly was at State.

Seems like I see that frequently when hospitals are expanding or renovating around here. I know there are problems with the infrastructure in Haiti, but still, it can be done.
In a bribery culture the one with the most power gets the largest slice of the pie. Clinton Foundation has UN-approved Bill and millions in contributions PLUS a Presidential Candidate. Gee, who would have guessed that the money flow has been effected?
