All along Hillary Clinton has pled that when it comes to her violation of Federal regulations, she was at worst naive, hardly malicious and - as of recently - merely doing what each of her state department predecessors has done; and she has been very careful to make it clear that she never purposefully and intentionally "stripped" confidential data in order to send it through her unsecured server as such an act would imply not only a breach of email retention policy, but a willful abuse of confidential documents.
Well, moments ago Wikileaks unveiled what it believes may be the FBI's "smoking gun" in its case against Hillary. In a tweet, Wikileaks highlights one specific email and asks "Is this email the FBI's star exhibit against Hillary Clinton ("H")? "
The email in question (link)

Our side needs to be ready to respond to this.
They no doubt have a warehouse full of dirt on Trump and would use their momentum and the excitement of the demise of Hillary to roll into November.
It doesn’t matter if her leaking classified was intentional or not. Now, I 100% believe she intentionally ignored classification protocols. However, intentional or not, leaking classified information is still a crime. Ignorance is no defense. If you shoot and kill someone, claiming “I didn’t know it was loaded” doesn’t excuse you.
He, he, Silly chit*chat, that's for little people not "The" people.
No.

Her excuse later was "it was never sent". I explain what I think could have been possible in the link above.
I'd forgotten who the exchange was with and that she needed them for talking points AND the later tonight comment. I don't think it will sink her although it's unique. There are other problems with classified emails. Some fact checker called her on lying about those, too. "I did not send or receive" . .. . and variations.

This bitch is going down hard ...
This bitch is going down hard ...
Exactly and I think it is coming.
I do not agree.
She clearly talks about removing the headers and sending.
She says nothing about rewriting or sanitizing the messages themselves.
And of course that is exactly what was done, fbi has seen that that is allcthat was done to these meesages.
There are no emails from her ever telling anyone they did her nonpaper process wrong and that security was compromised.
There is zero plausible deniability.
Whatever it is, the answer is No.
She removed the headers and section markings??!!??
Then sent it “in the clear”??!!??
Felonies.
If it was intercepted??!!??
Espionage.
If it was deliberately done, in order to aid and abet enemies??!!??
Treason.
Later
Inside sources said months ago that the FBI had recovered nearly all of the deleted emails.
For serfs and pawns apparently...
Yep.....
I agree with you - her being able to deny ordering the removal of labels is a crock.
I was stating what she will claim, and what her (decreasing number of) supporters will still believe.
Bttt
But? But?
Where does that leave the Bern and his multitude of supporters?
To them, such an undemocratic diktat must clearly be grounds for "Burn, baby, burn!"
