I do not agree.
She clearly talks about removing the headers and sending.
She says nothing about rewriting or sanitizing the messages themselves.
And of course that is exactly what was done, fbi has seen that that is allcthat was done to these meesages.
There are no emails from her ever telling anyone they did her nonpaper process wrong and that security was compromised.
There is zero plausible deniability.
She removed the headers and section markings??!!??
Then sent it “in the clear”??!!??
Felonies.
If it was intercepted??!!??
Espionage.
If it was deliberately done, in order to aid and abet enemies??!!??
Treason.
I agree with you - her being able to deny ordering the removal of labels is a crock.
I was stating what she will claim, and what her (decreasing number of) supporters will still believe.
