Thai man attacked by snake that slithered up through his toilet

BANGKOK – A Thai man is recovering from a bloody encounter with a 10-foot python that slithered through the plumbing of his home and latched its jaws onto his penis as he was using a squat toilet.

Given where it bit him, he's lucky it was just a python, albeit a bit large. This is definitely a warning for our male FReepers who go for wilderness trips in the Everglades and have to do No. 2 while there.

I had a snake come out of the wall behind our toilet through the hole where the water line was. My husband didn’t believe me. Fortunately it was just slithering back through the same hole when he went in to check. I never went into that bathroom again without the light being on first.
