Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert McDonald on Monday compared the length of time veterans wait to receive health care at the VA to the length of time people wait for rides at Disneyland, and said his agency shouldn´t use wait times as a measure of success because Disney doesn´t either. "When you got to Disney, do they measure the number of hours you wait in line? Or what´s important? What´s important is, what´s your satisfaction with the experience?" McDonald said Monday during a Christian Science Monitor breakfast with reporters. "And what I would like to move to, eventually, is that kind

The failures of the VA prove to anyone with a three digit IQ that socialized medicine does not work and cannot work.
Also, LOL at saying Disney doesn’t care about wait times, they have express passes you can buy for their rides precisely because they recognize waiting is a problem. You can’t buy an express pass with the VA.
Actually, Disney does, through an app.
Plus... lives at stake, VA.
+1
Or he should be forced to get his health care from a clown at Disney. And wait for it, too.
I can tell you all of the wait times at Disney for every ride right now on an APP.
Small World is 40 minutes right now.
You also don’t have to wait in line at Disney if you don’t want to go there.
Yeah, stand him next to Koskinen.
These people get more outlandish and unbelievable daily.
I do think the press - in some very minute instance - is finally wising up OR they fear a Trump victory??
After the shooting incident at the White Hut the other day (Fri??) it was reported that the pResident was golfing.....THAT is a start, albeit a small one but one must take baby steps before striding....
Braggingly hiring a gay to run the Army, the ‘small boat’ incident (BTW where is Congress?) now this drivel.
Oh Mr (all shiitepots need a handle) Secretary, Disney also FIRES incompetent employees....
When a person(s) starts costing ‘the Board’ big bucks, heads roll ...
Another good example of why ‘Management isn’t Union’
Disney measures wait times, bank on it. You can get a pretty darned accurate prediction of your wait time for any given attraction at Disney through their apps. Also, Disney wants to know the analytics so they can make more money.
“Uhh, nobody dies if they have to wait two hours for Its a Small World.”
Dear Lord, it’s all I can take to make it through that ride. Song is burned into my brain for the remainder of the day.
A two hour wait would mean I would walk poast and not ride it!
Are you f*cking kidding me?!!!! The SOB should be shot! Not dead, but hurt just enough so he has to wait to be treated!
This mookabooker is like every other federal gub mint employee.
In my admin, I would have made the announcement of his resignation from Air Force one - as soon as the Secret Service confirmed his access to government offices had been totally revoked.
Disney doesn’t measure wait times. ????????!!!!!!
They are obsessed with wait times and have an army of industrial engineers constantly further refining statistics and experimenting with new and better ways to move people.
I know this as a matter of Fact! I frequently work with them. And any fool should know wait time is their biggest challenge.
This is a classic example of the old Liberal Demorat saying...
“Need a stastic? Just make one up”
Hell the press just needs a talking point to report and swear to.
Someone once lost her head over her “Let them eat cake” remark. This comment from VA Sec. Mc Donald ought to be resolved the same way.
Disney’s death rate of those in line is WAY lower....
Should be exterminated!
Let’s see how long before Trump seizes on this ridiculous statement
I don’t think it’s a case of the VA Secretary being stupid. It’s just that liberals know how stupid the average American is, and knows what BS they can get away with.
