Baltimore may have been brought online after the first round of pointless riots but is going down again and will probably stay down - as a viable center for commerce. Riots tend to do that. Most of the really severe riot scenes from the late 1960s still haven't really recovered.

Anyone know how long it took to reach a verdict? The trial ended Thursday, I believe, and the judge announced that he would issue his verdict on Monday.

Parts of Baltimore will be burned down tonight.
Not counting the looting.

Were any of his fellow defendants accused of more serious charges? Also,I saw a photo of him...couldn't exactly tell if he's “of color” or not.But please be aware,my understanding of the case suggests that *none* of them, black *or* white, should have been charged with anything.

Ive always been of the opinion if Im innocent I go with a judge. Humans tend to reach a harmonic Zen of stupidity in groups of 12... With jurors in cases of this sort, it's the likelihood of "community pressure" that is of concern. With the judge acting as finder of fact, at least there's some accountability - they usually don't like to bend over for the appellate court.

Charges should never have been brought in the first place. Prosecutors just needed scapegoats. This person inflicted the injuries upon himself.

Don’t think of Trump as the Messiah. He’s not.
He just happens to be the best choice available to us at this point.

Yeah... not a jury verdict, so my question doesn’t mean anything. Thanks, though.

The proof that Miriam Khan of ABC News “wants it” is the fact that she did this write-up and ABC ran with it.
