Oklahoma’s state legislature isn’t messing around. They are so furious about President Barack Obama’s dangerous actions about transgenders in public school bathrooms, that they are officially calling for OK’s members of Congress to start impeachment proceedings. Obama’s actions have been unconstitutional, and boys and girls should be using the restroom according to the gender they were born with. It’s about time for impeachment!
Oklahoma’s Republican-dominated legislature has filed a measure calling for President Barack Obama’s impeachment over his administration’s recommendations on accommodating transgender students, saying he overstepped his constitutional authority. Lawmakers in the socially conservative state are also expected to take up a measure as early as Friday that would allow students to claim a religious right to have separate but equal bathrooms and changing facilities to segregate them from transgender students.
The bill introduced on Thursday night could force schools into costly construction, which would be difficult for them to complete after lawmakers significantly cut education funding to plug a $1.3 billion state budget shortfall.

The members of the state legislature are directing the Oklahoma members of the national legislature to draw up articles of impeachment. Whether they act or not remains to be seen.
It was ok when our banks were coerced by “too big to fail”. It was ok when 150 years of bankruptcy law was pretzeled by the Executive to bail out the auto workers unions. It was ok when our Legislative had no say in “stimulus” favoring of Obama cronies who made solar panels and wind turbines, at the expense of coal miners. It was OK when employers were coerced into enabling Obamacare, forced into cutting hours of their employees, told they couldn’t ask any questions about backgrounds and status of prospective hires.
It was ok when billions were imposed on industry in the name of global warming. They were employers, THE PRIVATE SECTOR, and thus inherently evil. They can just take it out of their ill-gotten, obscene “profit”
So it’s ok. It’s a bunch of businessmen.
But now it’s THE SCHOOLS AND STATE GOVERNMENTS that will have to pony up to alter and build new bathrooms, and perhaps SPEND MONEY to accommodate the emperor’s wishes. That’s it! it’s time for IMPEACHMENT!
I do not think a state house can call for impeacment of a federal official. Only the U.S. House of Representatives can do that.
Oklahoma will pass their meaningless little bill.
The U.S. House of Representatives will laugh at them and do NOTHING, because B.O. has their FBI files with all the crimes they’ve committed.
B.O. will laugh at them, because he knows he is untouchable.
How long do impeachment proceedings take? Be very carefull during the last Month of this presidency. B.O. will be free to do all kinds of crazy stuff...like pardon all black people who are in prison, regardless of their crime.
There are a store of even greater horrors coming your way. The man is crazy and wants to destroy America, and there is nothing anyone can do because there are no longer any honorable men in congress.

I was talking to a friend of mine about this insane rule/law about the tranngenders suddenly being allowed into women’s bathrooms. We both agreed that in all the years we have been on this earth, neither one of us has ever seen a tg. Ever. This isn’t even about them. It is about tearing apart our country and also about forcing us to focus on something so we don’t see what is really going on. And I believe the ones behind this insidiousness knows there will be female victims who will be sexually assaulted and /or violated. And are maybe counting on it.
Also, anyone remember a few years ago when a mother approached Joe Biden about her transgender kid and he PROMISED her that transgender rights were next on his agenda?
I’ve thought that for years. The system is backwards. The states are the higher power and are confederated into the United States via the Constitution. The States should receive all internal revenue, and then subsidize the confederation.
I think my beliefs are much closer to the original concept the founding fathers had than what is going on today.
It is oklahoma and there are Indian reservations.
Does the decree effect schools on the sovereign reservations?
