Across America, local and state officials are pushing back very strongly against the Obama administrations decree concerning transgender use of school bathrooms and locker rooms.
Pennsylvania lawmakers are the latest to criticize the Obama proclamation, which orders that schools may not require transgender students to use facilities inconsistent with their gender identity or to use individual-user facilities when other students are not required to do so.
Nearly 100 legislators in the state expressed their outrage in a letter to the president asking him to rescind the order immediately.
The Pennsylvania letter became widely disseminated on Wednesday. At roughly the same time, officials in Mississippi indicated that the Magnolia State will not follow the guidance issued by the Obama administration.
Carey Wright, superintendent of Mississippis Department of Education, said her office will take no action until the departments nine members discuss the issue, according to local ABC affiliate WAPT.
Last week, a Texas school district superintendent also blasted Obamas directive.

Not rebelling.
Revolting.
Rebelling is turning against lawful authority and laws.
Revolting is fighting against unlawful authroity and laws.
These laws are unlawful.
Technically it has to do with the lawfulness of the authorities/laws, not what each side thinks they are.
This transgender restroom decree of Hussein’s is just
another “squirrel” he’s released to divert attention
from what he’s really doing.
He has finally started to unite Americans.
Michelle: Has the bat...
Barky: Has the glove...
Actually, they aren't laws
That's what's so revolting about it all!
The Feds get money from We the Peasants to fund the Hog Trough - Extortion is what you call it when we no longer have a say in how Caligula wants to spend OUR MONEY.
Our Emperor finally found an issue to unite the country against him, so thanks for that (as the country slides down the chute for more insidious reasons). Whatever it takes, so be it.
Keep your kids home if their schools are cooperating with this madness. Attend any and all national days of Protest. If your school administration/teachers start threatening you for keeping your child(ren) home, then you will know they are in the Enemy Camp as well. Be ready for CPS coming to remove your precious babes from your care... for obvious neglectful parenting.
This isn’t politics, folks - THIS IS PURE WAR AGAINST ANY REMAINING RESISTANCE TO THE NWO.
True that!!
Correct, which is part of the whole unlawfulness of this situation.
The constitution grants no authority to the executive to deal with this issue, no enumerated power. Further the executive has no lawmaking power.
I need to see one of these states pass a law requiring Obummer to use the women’s room anytime he’s in their state.
Imagine. Nullification.
In 43 years, no governor has thought of nullifying Roe v. Wade.
I stated on another thread that there should be a nationwide coordinated effort for parents to keep their children out of school until this nonsense stops.
For every child not in school they lose money. Take away every last cent from these bozos and see how they like that shit.
Homeschool. Stop buying products where policies support creepy weirdo-ism.
Legislators “expressed their outrage in a letter to the president asking him to rescind the order immediately.”
I think I see the problem here. Maybe these “legislators” need to go back to seventh grade civics class and study the US Constitution, tricameral government, separation of powers, etc.
Obama’s “order” is blatantly unconstitutional, and can be ignored. Even Earnest Josh admitted this, regardless of threats to withhold federal funding. (And btw, it’s not the government’s money. It’s our money.)
One is an Emperor’s decree; the other was an unconstitutional law.
Actually, neither are legitimate and, along with 99% of all other decrees, EO’s, and invalid laws, should be ignored by We the People, who should NOT give their consent to any of it.
See my post #31
The Federal gov’t has no constitutional business finding or not funding what is State or local responsibility.
I’d love to know how many schools are actually doing this. I live in deep blue New England and don’t know even one that is doing this idiocy.
I agree.
And while the states are at it, tell him what he can do with common core, too. The feds should not be involved with schooling. Each state is different and may want to tweak their curriculum accordingly. It is not one size fits all.
I would start suing Target to install urinals in the women’s bathroom.
