The idiot Judge Julie A. Robinson seems to neglect that people who register to vote when getting a drivers license can easily bring their brirth certificate or naturalization papers with them.

Should be immediately impeached for mental incompetence.

In this day and age it is hardly a burden to prove citizenship. In fact it is not a burden at all.

Government demands id for far less important things.

Judge Julie A. Robinson said only a few noncitizens have broken the rules to vote in Kansas in recent years, and that doesn’t outweigh the hurdles placed in the way of thousands of legal voters who are struggling to prove their citizenship.

************************************************************

“Struggling”...........Really!? I open a file drawer and there the birth certificate is. That an individual cannot prove who he or she is IS NOT the problem of the over-burdened taxpayer! Taxpayers should remove this judge from the bench on grounds of room temperature IQ.

More vote fraud. Just the way Her Dishonoress Robinson likes it.

On behalf of the Democratic Party.

Note that the four voting rights amendments (15,19,24,26) ratified by the states clearly protect only citizens of the United States. Consider the 15th Amendment for example.
Article XV, Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States [emphasis added] to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.

So the Kansas law that the federal judge overturned was probably intended to protect the Constitution.

Also note that the states have never amended the Constitution to prohibit themselves from prohibiting people who cannot show proof of citizenship from registering to vote.

Kansas should ignore this ignoramus’s decree.

Nullify it and dare her, and all the other tyrannical “living constitution” leftist judges, to do something about it.

Fine. The State Legislature should immediately pass a law and funding to support it that is aimed at doing a random search of 30% of all new registered voters to see if they are US citizens. If it is found that they are not citizens, it should be a felony offense with a minimum 1 year in prison. Name the new law after the federal Judge. Let that be his legacy.
