Judge Julie A. Robinson said only a few noncitizens have broken the rules to vote in Kansas in recent years, and that doesn’t outweigh the hurdles placed in the way of thousands of legal voters who are struggling to prove their citizenship.

“Struggling”...........Really!? I open a file drawer and there the birth certificate is. That an individual cannot prove who he or she is IS NOT the problem of the over-burdened taxpayer! Taxpayers should remove this judge from the bench on grounds of room temperature IQ.

It is an undo burden then to prove who I am when I want to drive, when I drink, when I get pulled over, and when I want to buy some cold medication.

What do you call a lawyer with an IQ of 50?

Your Honor.
