Do you have personal knowledge of a Venezuelan ex-pat community in Tampa (or anywhere for that matter)?

We have a dear, elderly friend whose sister is still down there (he left years ago and emigrated to America) and we want to get her to stay (legally) when she visits.

She is 76 years old so health care is a problem.

If you or anyone on this forum have any suggestions, I would be very grateful.
