Clinton: I'd put Bill 'in charge of revitalizing the economy'
The Hill ^ | May 15, 2016 | Jessie Hellmann

Posted on 05/15/2016 3:35:03 PM PDT by jazusamo

Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton is beginning to hint at what role her husband, former President Bill Clinton, could have in her administration if elected president.

At a campaign stop in Fort Mitchell, Ky., Clinton said her husband would be "in charge of revitalizing the economy."

Clinton often boasts about her husbands economic record on the campaign trail, leaning heavily on his record of raising wages and creating jobs.

"The economy does better when you have a Democrat in the White House," Clinton said at the Oct. 13 debate.

Clinton said something similar at a campaign event in early May, saying she would bring him out of retirement to create jobs.

"He's got more ideas a minute than anybody I know," Clinton said. "Gotta put people back to work and make it happen. So we're going to give it all we've got, absolute full-in 100 percent effort, because I worry we won't recognize our country if we don't do this."

During his terms the e economy became the driving force, not only here, though originating here, but worldwide. He had nothing to do with it. The fallacy that he did is often repeated by him and Shrillary and the lamestream does not correct it.

I am two years, two months and nineteen days older than Slick Willy and if I thought I looked that bad I would be shopping for a good deal on cremation.

I thought the economy was just swell. Obama keeps telling us so. The unemployment rate is5%, right? (barf)

Besides, by Inauguration Day, Slick will be in a wheel chair, wearing pajamas, drooling in a cup.

My first question is:

WHY DOES THE ECONOMY NEED REVITALIZATION AFTER EIGHT YEAR OF OBAMA?

Bill Clinton is near death, by election day he’ll be the one in need of revitalization

I’m still waiting for the middle-class tax cut Bubba promised us.

You can add to that the entire Baby Boomer population producing 40-hour work weeks filling those coffers and now getting stabbed in the back with social security benefits.

Too bad we can’t revive the economy by opening whore houses on every corner. Then Bill might be able to make a contribution, if only on the consumer side.

"Clinton: I'd put Bill 'in charge of revitalizing the economy'

The economy recovered in spite of the clintons back then. Serendipity won't work this time.

Yawn. Clinton benefitted from Reagan era tax cuts(proving trickle down economics works). The only thing bill did was stay out of the way..

“There’s only two things Bill is good at and the second one is con artistry.”

And now we learn that the first thing, the thing in his pants, is called “The Economy,” which she tells us, he’s going to work to revitalize.

Interesting, eh, that Hillary is now running Bill for a third term instead of herself for a first term presidency. That odor in the air? Do we smell fear?

Has anyone ever heard Hilary utter a word that could honestly be called an economic idea? Having a Democrat in the WH, and “putting the Rapist in charge” are not economic ideas.

Oh, but it’s Trump who “has no plan.”

Bill Clinton was one of the main reasons we are in an economy problem. His regime’s misrepresentation of the market, the attack on the housing loaning industry, and the liberals Chris Dodd and Barney Frank misrepresenting Fanny and Freddie destroying the backup for the housing loans that defaulted when they were warned by the laoning agency that congress pressured to give to broke people.

I don’t think I would let him back in charge with a resume like that.

If you believe Bubba’s lady friends, con artistry may be the only thing he is good at.
