PHOENIX — Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and three deputies were held in civil contempt in a racial profiling case on Friday.

“In short, the court finds that the defendants have engaged in multiple acts of misconduct, dishonesty, and bad faith with respect to the plaintiff class and the protection of its rights,” U.S. District Judge Murray Snow wrote in a 162-page ruling.

Not even God? Not even God supersedes the constitution?

You don’t get it. The law that spelled out NBC, which pre-existed the ratification of the constitution, was repealed. Now what is being appealed to? We have a Rorschach test for judges.

The Constitution was written by GODLY men.

In his Farewell Address, George Washington said this about our nation:

“With slight shades of difference, you have the same religion, manners, habits, and political principles.”

The Alinsky-ites seeking to destroy the unity of our culture promote a Living Constitution, which in reality, is NO Constitution.

Stop trying to rewrite the Constitution, and distract from original intent.

You seem hung up on this NBC stuff.

The original intent of the Founders on NBC has NEVER BEEN REPEALED. Judges have no lawful authority to change the Constitution. It can ONLY be changed by the amendment process, as described IN the Constitution.

Judges who assume powers not authorized by the Constitution commit TYRANNY.

There is NO NEED for further discussion on this topic, at least not with me. The Constitution says it all.

Done.

Snow was nominated by President George W. Bush on December 11, 2007

Herein lies the problem with the judiciary. Both Bushes and Reagan selected conservative justices like Antonin Scalia and Samuel Alito to the Supreme Court, but also moderates like Sandra O'Connor and David Souter. Democratic Presidents, from Lyndon Johnson to Barack Obama, almost exclusively appoint liberals. Ultimately, we must overturn not only the decisions of the Roberts, Burger, and Warren Supreme Courts, but the very concept of judicial review of Congressional legislation or state legislation. This precedent was set some 200 years ago with Marbury v. Madison. Until the Congress limits the authority of the Federal courts, we will suffer the effects of judges legislating from the bench, a bad idea even if conservatives were to dominate the courts.

Time for sheriffs to start investigating and arresting federal judges.

“When you’re given a lawful order by the courts”

What makes you think that our fascist, outlaw federal judges issue lawful orders?

Mmm, could be. I see some hate for Sheriff Joe on this thread. When Joe shoots somebody’s dog or kicks in the wrong door, I’ll trash him. For the stuff they’re attacking him for here, I support him.

Snow, G Murray
Nominated by George W. Bush

Doesn't surprise me at all to hear that this is a George W. Bush appointee. He was a "compassionate conservative," don't you know. One of the best things I can say about Trump is that he successfully woke a lot of Republicans up, in regards to how bad the Bush family is.

Time for sheriffs to start investigating and arresting federal judges.

Arpaio did investigate Judge Snow. From Snow's decision:

"378. Nevertheless, on April 23, 2015, the third day of the hearing, Sheriff Arpaio testified that not only had the MCSO never been involved in investigating this Court but that he was not aware that the Court or any of the Court’s activities had ever been investigated by anyone. (Doc. 1083, Ex. 1.) He reaffirmed this statement three weeks after his initial testimony in a statement made under penalty of perjury filed with the Court. (Id., Ex. 1 ¶¶ 5, 7 (Sheriff Arpaio stating: “Judge Snow asked if I was aware of anyone investigating him. I responded, ‘No[,]’ . . . [a]t no time was an investigation initiated against Judge Snow or any of his family members.”).) These statements, made while Arpaio was under oath, constitute deliberate misstatements of fact made in bad faith."

That’s a bullsh*t ruling by a crooked judge. There’s nothing in law that requires a sheriff to reveal who he’s investigating, including a federal judge. Judges are not immune to investigation, and a sheriff has no legal obligation to inform a judge that he’s the subject of a criminal investigation. The sheriff should tell this fascist judge to go F himself.
