I learned something new from this news story. If the victim is white and the criminal is black the assailant is a “teen”. In this case the victim was black, the assailant is black and is referred to as “teenage boy.”

“Armed and alert” is a good place to be but no one is 100% alert for a cowardly attack from behind.

A 66 year old man in this case. I’m and as armed and alert as I can be at age 70, next month 71. One thing we all can do and I’m finally getting in the habit of, locking my car doors, as soon as I get in.

There are virtually no Amish in or near where I live but there are plenty of white thugs everywhere too.
