For a woman or girl in a sexually difficult environment or for one who has been sexually abused, not having privacy when having to use a public rest room could be devastating. What about girls and women who go to the rest room to get away from a guy situation? What about monthly situations which for most women are as private and personal as it gets? What about girls and women with strict religious convictions for whom this is totally out of bounds? All of that goes beyond the obvious problem of pervs dressing up as women to abuse girls and women.
It's about erasing all individual identity, including sexual.

What the hell is the big deal with unisex bathrooms? They have been around since the Porta-Potties hit the sceen. People use them every day. Get over it stupid people. How many have you ever seen that a “multiple user”?
In short, the courts are transparently inconsistent and arbitrary. Their claim to legitimacy based on logic and "rule of law" is worthless.
Just shows that there is more than one way to skin a cat, and that courts will use whatever widget they find as the means to justify the desired outcome. Courts are outcome driven, not law driven.

I don’t disagree with you at all. I don’t want to use a locker room or bathroom with a guy.
However - men dressed as women have been using the bathrooms for years. I’ve never heard of any problems. Maybe there have been some but not publicized.
I am sure that most women have shared a public bathroom with one of these guys. They probably didn’t know it. It’s not been a problem until the liberals and sex offenders decided to push the envelope.
I’m betting that there are single stall bathrooms at Trump’s properties.
OK for a small venue, but prohibitively costly for anywhere mass gatherings are frequent and many facilities are needed.
I agree, it wasn’t a problem because the transgenders didn’t make it one. The liberal maniacs create a problem and then demand their solution. With the way this has been publicized, there is NO WAY that it won’t be exploited.
It’s not like everyone has to go to the bathroom at the same time. And if there’s a line....well then, they can just stare at each other.
