Its a safe bet that many if not most who support Ted Cruz are not aware of the Cult that goes with that support, the kind of demon that they would be putting in charge of our nation. One that falsely professes to be a Christian but unlike anything most of us would associate with legitimate Christianity. Its time for Cruz supporters to open their eyes and see what it is that has control over their judgment. Theyre voting and advocating for a cultish figure, one not very different from Jim Jones and Jonestown.

I wonder how many you got to Google that. lol.
So, I implore, I exhort every member of the body of Christ to vote according to the word of God and vote for the candidate that stands on the word of God and on the Constitution of the United States of America, the elder Cruz had said in video posted to Facebook. And I am convinced that man is my son, Ted Cruz. The alternative could be the destruction of America. We cannot afford to have another four years of someone that does not stand on the fundamental principles that have made America the greatest country on the face of the earth. -Rafael Cruz

I have seen a YT channel on the cult by a former member. Really creepy.
It sounds almost as bad as Obama’s philo-Islamism. Ted Cruz fortunately isn’t going anywhere. Donald Trump will be our next president. And I hope that during the Trump administration the “natural born citizen” question is nailed down. Cruz was born in Canada to a Cuban and Canadian father and an American and Canadian mother. He is not a Natural Born Citizen and is not constitutionally qualified to run.
Bingo!
“Please provide a source.”
Again,,,,Ted himself. Just listen to him if you can stand it. He boasts of being the Christian’s only choice for a candidate, etc. You’ll have to search for yourself. I’ve heard it enough and don’t need to do so.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved Romans 10:13.
Man, not God, tries to add rules to the grace of Christ, but doing so brings a double curse as "another gospel" (Gal 1:6-9).
Hmmm, I wonder. Did Jesus “wear his Christianity on his sleeve”? Did he not say as the Father sent Him, so He sends us?
“It would appear the Rick Wells (whoever he is or whatever he represents) does not know the meaning of the word cult.
I think he does. As a youngster of 18 I got myself involved in The Way “ministries”. Seemed so wonderful, at first. They teach the Bible...but with their own interpretation and flavor. I had to be deprogrammed and am thankful my father intervened.
If you’ve never been a part of such brainwashing you cannot recognize the same. I see this weird 7 Mountain thing as very sideways and dangerous. It’s only my opinion of course.
You know, you guys are winning. So why suddenly all this weird aluminum foil hat bats#!+? Has Donald begun to realize that he might actually win in November (NOT the plan, never really was) and have to serve? I mean fun’s fun, but spend four years in a reclaimed swamp living in that run down neo-classic dump in the eight years’ footsteps of low rent ghetto trash? I don’t think so!
That's a long way from calling someone "holy" or "anointed by God". It describes our Founding Fathers.
I get your point, but the issue is GOD’S definitions of things. It matters not if men are annoyed by believers. If you’re a more reserved believer, cool, but don’t knock the fire breathers...God uses them too!
Depending on each person’s definition, Paul could be accused of wearing his Christianity on his sleeve because he talked about it everywhere he went.
I seriously believe that Ted Cruz is really a decent person. Before this past 6 months, he has been the only person with convictions and balls enough to publicly call Mitch McConnell a liar on the floor of the Senate, to consistently go against Boehner and who drew the contempt and nastiness of a couple of 8th grade snobs (McCain and Lindsey Graham).
He was admired on this board at one time. Now, some of you are just coming short of calling him a pedophile in your support for Trump.
I cant wait until this is over.
Disclaimer: I don’t give a rat’s arse who gets the nomination. They will get my vote regardless. The Hildebeast must not win.
You can do whatever you want, whatever Ted on the Cruz tells you to do... but can you please stop with the erroneous capitalization of random words?
“I have seen a YT channel on the cult by a former member. Really creepy.”
I don’t think it has the cohesion or structure to be identified as a cult. Certainly it IS a creepy phenomenon, and smells more like Islam than anything else. It is a hydra headed, deviant doctrine which is making headway in a number of denominations.
This provides an interesting overview of how layered it is. I don’t know much about ‘Discernment-Ministries’ or how accurate or inaccurate their review is, but it seems more thorough and objective than many others. This idea is nebulous, and hard to trace with certainty. The proponents muddy the waters further by claiming people such as Francis Shaeffer who were not in this camp.

“Some good posts of yours. I stay away from the religious discussions in most places, however, your posts on your fathers words struck a chord. When someone like Ben Carson brings religious thoughts into his discussions, I find them comforting. And he walks his own walk in deeds. Others, not so much. In fact, many of them creep me out.”
I absolutely agree when done properly one can speak of God and religion and it’s perfectly fine. My dad didn’t boast, so that’s the point I was trying to make although likely wasn’t very, clear.
Once he retired from ministry he never told anyone he was a retired minister because (in his words) they immediately put up a wall so to speak and tried to “act like they were in church” instead of being themselves. Hope that makes sense.
At his funeral when many folks learned he had been a pastor they’d say “that makes perfect sense...you dad was always so happy, humming hymns, honest man, etc.” Others were horrified because they’d curse or swear or drink in front of him. I had to remind that my father didn’t judge them for it and he wanted people to be themselves.
No, it’s not.
You need to wake up.
Cruz gives off a creepy vibe, and the people around him give off a creepy vibe, and yeah, some of them appear to behave in a cult like manner.
The evidence is right in front of your face, but you refuse to see it.
Sorry, you’re right. We’re all making this up.
