Hillary Clinton so far has been able to skate through the Democratic presidential primary without having to truly confront what ultimately may be her biggest hurdles to the White House: numerous scandals and controversies that so far have taken a backseat in her tooth-and-nail fight with Sen. Bernard Sanders.
Mr. Sanders decided early in the race to virtually ignore his opponents still-unfolding State Department email scandal, foreign donations to the Clinton Foundation and other politically treacherous issues that could spell trouble for the former first lady as she heads toward a November showdown with her Republican opponent.
What Mr. Sanders was unwilling to do, political analysts say, is exactly the type of brutal political attack Republican front-runner Donald Trump specializes in. Its unclear whether full-blown assaults on Mrs. Clintons private email server, the Clinton Foundation and other scandals will be effective enough to stop the former secretarys march to the presidency, but what is clear is that the Clinton campaign must prepare for the kinds of tough questions and attacks from campaign opponents it has avoided for the past year.
I think Trump certainly will, through innuendo and outlandish overstatement, try to make the argument that the emails and the Clinton Foundation are discrediting, and maybe even disqualifying of Hillary Clinton as a presidential candidate, said Cal Jillson, a political science professor at Southern Methodist University who specializes in presidential politics. It depends whether he has just that right dagger thrust that she cant overcome. Certainly its something that her people need to be thinking about because hes very, very good at it.

If the Bureau is serious about wanted to indict Hillary!, they should give The Donald all the support they can.
In a clandestine sort of way...
Costco still has the 50lb bags of popcorn, time to get one.
And if he catches up with her she’ll spend her life in jail.
Maybe they already have.
Sanders did Trump a favor
Bet the rent. They’ll hang her dirty laundry in front of the cameras. It will be complete with props and those who were involved.
Hillary knows as well as I many of those she threw under the bus and politically murdered over the decades have been communicating with the Trump campaign.
The last thing Ms. Clinton wants to do is face Trump in a debate environment.
“Costco still has the 50lb bags of popcorn, time to get one.”
Or a giant “EAT ME” “Trump 2016” cake.
I’ve no doubt much of the investigation will be leaked no matter what happens regarding indictment by the DOJ.
...sanders is just there so Hilda don’t have to answer ANY questions
It’s already been discussed. It’s old news. Time to move on. Standard Clinton tactic.
People will know who Juanita Broaddrick is before this is all over.
Agreed...I doubt Hillary is sleeping too well without knockout meds.
Never going to happen.....Hilly has ample insurance to not face any indictment....she has the goods on 0bama’s illegitimacy, and who knows who the hell else in the filthy congress....If she goes down,so will power-brokers on both sides.....they are “too big to fail”,so they won’t.I would love for Don to take ‘em all down, but it ain’t gonna happen!
Trump has so many weapons in his arsenal against Hillary... The email scandal is just the tip. There’s her failed tenure as SoS and using that to link her to all of bammy’s failures. There’s the whole Bill/Monica thing. There’s the Huma Abedin thing... The shady dealings of the Clinton foundation and all the pay-to-play. All the shady things going back to Whitewater. Perhaps one of the best jobs in the world for the next few months will be Trump’s campaign manager. Imagine having those resources, those options, and open season...
He’d better.
Always exploit the weak parts of their front line.
