BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ)-- A man using the restroom at the Huntington Mall was shocked when he noticed he wasn't getting as much privacy as is typically expected.
Barboursville Police Chief Mike Coffey says a young man, only 18-years-old, maneuvered his cellphone under a restroom stall on three separate occasions to video-record the man as he was partially undressed.
It was reported at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
According to the criminal complaint, police searched the suspect's cell phone and found video of the victim, along with a video of another man using the bathroom in the mall earlier in the day.
The teenage suspect from Ona admitted to making the recording, the complaint says.
The suspect is charged with two counts of criminal invasion of privacy.

Barboursville Police Chief Michael Coffey tells 13 News a man has been arrested for invasion of privacy. The man is accused of recording other men under the stalls in a bathroom in the Huntington mall.
Chief Coffey adds this happened around 4:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon. We will update this story as more information becomes available.

This actually could’ve just been a (non-sexual) sick person, wanting to record disgusting acts for his eye-catching on-line replies.
As I saw yesterday right here on FR - at least, the disgusting bodily functions part.
