A New York judge decided Tuesday that a fraud case against Donald Trump over his former school for real estate investors will go to trial – raising the possibility that the Republican presidential primary front-runner could testify during campaign season.

150 years of rules are not fraud. Much of the establsihment have gone over to Trump. They win with him. When he loses, the immigration issue will be off the table.

If you think that Ted Cruz is establishment, but a donor to the establishment, who has benefited from government programs for 40 years is not, you are past the point of rational discourse.

Here's a little clue. In 2000, I debated for and voted for Patrick Buchanan, because of Bush's immigration postion. Not the easiest thing for a Jew at Columbia. But I'm establishment.
I went to elementary school with Donny Jr. I played tennis with Chris Trump. I know Sam Nunberg and many early Trump supporters. If I had any reason to think Trump actually believed in reducing immigration, securing borders, protecting American workers, and doing something about Islamists, I would have supported him. My parents think I'm crazy for opposing him, when I could have gotten a job at his campaign.

Trump is a progressive con man openly lying to conservatives. Look at his history and changing positions on any issue!

Trump held a news conference after his victory speech tonight. He was asked about the Trump University case. He told everyone there that there is no question he will win the case. I have no doubt he is correct.
