WATERBURY, Conn. A confident Donald Trump told supporters Saturday that he's "not toning it down," a day after his chief adviser assured Republican officials the GOP front-runner will show more restraint on the campaign trail.
"I'm not toning it down," Trump told a cheering crowd of 3,000 people, packed into a high school gymnasium in Waterbury, Connecticut. "Isn't it nice that I'm not one of these teleprompter guys?"
Trump's new chief adviser Paul Manafort met Friday with top Republican officials and told them his candidate, known for over-the-top persona and brashness, has been "projecting an image."
"The part that he's been playing is now evolving," Manafort said.

Oooh, Tedlim, that's bad news for your titular leader Jeffroe lol:
"He grew up on his familys corn, soybean, and hog farm. Roe helped raise pigs and cattle on his family's farm. When asked how his upbringing prepared him for a career in politics, Roe said "hog farms are a lot cleaner."
>>>”Gestapo HOW, exactly?”

“Gestapo” was Manafort’s choice of adjective when describing the Tea Party, Super Genius.

someone needs to tell Ann Coulter.. she was bummed about it.. lol
My theory is that the soldiers came home from WWII and built a big government which they ran with military precision and then retired without passing on their skills. TV was invented, God was removed and mom left the home. All the kids got fat and sad and scared to do anything.

With the benefit of hind-sight, certain unsavory characteristics that always accompany human nature begin to become self-evident.
Um, he never promised a flt tax. How Hillary of you.
He talked about this earlier at a rally in Waterburt, CT. At rallies he’s not changing how he’s done it since the start. Why should he? He can be presidential when the environment calls for it.
“Um, he never promised a flt tax. How Hillary of you.”
(i think you meant “flat”)
i saw that snuck in there too.... the lies keep coming
SEC OF DEFENSE LT COL ALLEN WEST
Most said that about RINO Romney, and look what it got us Obama the Dictator and his Witch of a Dietician, money grubbing co-partner in theft of tax dollars, always on vacations and buying very expensive clothes for the whole family. Constant golf trips, when they have a golf course at Camp David and a putting green at the WH. Crapping on the 1st, 2nd and 10th Amendments and importing terrorist.
Check out 33:48 on your link - - it’s been doctored to make Trump look like blood is coming out of his mouth and nose.

Yeah, pretty much how that IT guy got on the hook for the Hillary server. Because she didn’t give a sh@!t about legalities, she wanted a separate server in her home and that fellow (probably a chubby white guy) could damn well do it or find another job, outside “public service.”
Not a bad theory.
Yes, he will remain in campaign mode until he has this thing put away. Alex Jones said Donald Trump is the “Field Marshal”, Paul Manafort is a Genreral.
Claiming that Manafort calling out Cruz’s underhanded activities to circumvent regular GOP voters and install his supporters in districts where he lost badly (among other things) is insulting “the Tea Party” is simply in-your-face dishonest. But I expect no less from the Cruzers at this point.
I agree that Manafort should not have used the term “Gestapo tactics.” “Brownshirt tactics” would have been more accurate, as it was the Brownshirts (the S.A.) that were Hitler’s political police arm that he used to intimidate and install his supporters and silence his detractors wherever possible in order to get into power, regardless of the will of the people. That’s a more appropriate comparison. The Cruzers seem to forget that historically it is overwhelmingly the action of dictators, not legitimate constitutionalists, who try to deny and work against the will of the people. And no, “it’s within the rules” is a very poor excuse on moral and rational grounds.
The IT guy got immunity and is still not going to testify.
He thinks that standing by Lewandowski loyally, even when it hurt him politically and he got a ton of bad publicity from it, is throwing him under the bus. Cruz, however, said that Lewandowski should be fired immediately although he had received no hearing or review yet. Cruz apparently doesn’t care if someone is guilty or innocent; if they might be a political burden, he thinks they should be fired immediately, based on what he himself said.
