Ted Cruz's campaign produced and released this attack ad overnight, after Donald Trump came out in favor of allowing transgender people to use the bathroom of their choice, rather than the bathroom corresponding to their birth. The Cruz campaign has seized on this issue as a clear indicator that Donald Trump is "not a conservative."
"Leave it the way it is," Trump said. "There have been very few problems."
"Should a grown man pretending to be a woman be allowed to use the women's restroom?" asks the Cruz campaign, calling the bathroom issue "PC Nonsense that is destroying America."
"North Carolina, what they're going through with all the business that's leaving, all of the strife -- and this is on both sides. Leave it the way it is," Trump said at a town hall on NBC's 'Today Show' Thursday. "People go, they use the bathroom that they feel is appropriate."
Cruz has launched an extended media attack campaign against Trump on this issue, doing interviews with his two biggest media backers -- Glenn Beck and Mark Levin -- about the transgender issue Thursday.

If a transgender man dressed as a woman used a woman’s bathroom who would know? He have to pee in the sink!
If a transgender woman dressed as a man used a men’s bathroom who would know? They couldn’t use the urinal.

Yes he would deport. And in fact he will not let them right back in. What’s the point in deporting if you are just going to let them back in?
Think of the amusement park where they have a rule for cutting in line. Typically it’s—you cut in line you get kicked out of the park (no refunds, you lose your season pass).
Now if the punishment was if you get caught cutting in line you go to the end of the line. Would that stop anyone from cutting in line? No in fact it would encourage more cutting because the only consequence is you go to the end (where you would be anyway). To make people self deport you need a real punishment—like no re-entry EVER! Then you’ll see people leaving.
Having said that. I do like Trump’s plan to take the money the illegals send back to Mexico. That is a great idea and that too would stop a lot of illegals coming here.

If he were not a lawyery weasel he would attack political correctness directly everyday in a consistent fashion, then he would have been the front runner.

Discretion has been the historical limit on transsexuals and it has kept a real limit on pervs.
Making transsexual discretion a human rights violation now eliminates any element of regulation against pervs.
How do you remove a man from a women’s locker room at the gym, when he claims to be transsexual?
Cruz walked into the left’s latest divide and conquer social issue. Does the left want to talk about Muslim terrorism, their invasion of Europe, the invasion of cheap labor into the U.S., the export of manufacturing...and service sector industries? No, of course they don’t...they want to talk about perceived bias in the culture they own. They know no one will go with cultural conservatives because a huge majority of Americans hate cultural conservatives. Ted, of course, falls for it because he is hopelessly desperate...for anything.
Men and women express their sexual attraction differently. A man claiming to be a woman who is attracted to women is not a lesbian with male parts. Wide stances, glory holes and predation don’t happen in women’s bathrooms from lesbians.
