Donald Trump says transgender people should be able to "use the bathroom that they feel is appropriate." On NBC's Today show Thursday morning, the GOP front-runner said he opposes North Carolina's "very strong" bathroom bill, which allows businesses to prohibit transgender people from doing just that.
"North Carolina did something that was very strong and they're paying a big price. And there's a lot of problems." Trump said.

You forgot the “/sarc” notation.
Now that a judge made it a national issue what is Cruz going to do about it?
Hopefully, he will re-assess the implications of what he is saying.
Can’t keep that inner liberal in forever.
Evil like that....always finds it’s way out.
PERVERTS using the same locker rooms and bathrooms as our children?
REALLY CONSERVATIVE OF YOU DONALD.

I went into a Burger King men’s rest room that was recently remodeled. The dual toilet stalls and urinals had been removed so there was one toilet and one urinal. There was also a diaper changing station. The door had a lock on it for privacy. Because of the LBGT movement, the cost to have enough restrooms for the demand will go up up up. It will cut into the bottom line for these establishments. For all of this stupidity, there is a cost.
Personally, I think these cross dresser drag queens are mentally ill and it would be better if the money was spent for psychological counseling. I would post a very scientific study I have saved, if people would read it.
I am and God will deal with us as He has others who have turned on their own children and offered them as sacrifices to molech and baal. And we will be dealt with as He has dealt with those countries who turned to the reprobate mind. And most importantly we will be dealt with because we have turned against His people, Israel.
> “If a goofy man comes in the bathroom with my wife and daughter he may find himself at the end of a gun barrel being escorted out while my daughter calls the police.”
I prefer the Frank Sinatra option. Send him out with his arms broken.
> “How damned stupid and decadent have we become as a country in 2016 when we cant even use the bathroom anymore without political correctness and perversion.”
It’s been going on for a long time and only accelerated under the queer maggot that occupies the WH. Trump hates PC but he’s not going to sacrifice California on June 7 by stepping on this landmine that Matt Lauer tried to lead him to step on this morning.
> “Does America really need to survive at this point in the world? I have children and I weep for their future. As a country are we to the point where we really aint worth killing.”
That question has been asked since July 4, 1776, and the answer is yes.
You are in a war under what is called “Cultural Marxism”. Look it up. You are in a war and Trump is your General. He calls the shots.
No it’s not.
If people vote for President because of who may be using what bathroom in NC, then we’re so far f^ck$d it doesn’t matter.
“That seems like the safest thing to do. Each person enters a single bathroom that has a lock and there is a sink. Perfect privacy and security. There have been attacks and even murders in public bathrooms even without a transgender bathroom law.”
Precisely. I’m almost 60 and even when I was a kid I was told to avoid strangers around public bathrooms. So this is a problem looooong overdue for attention, and fortunately there’s a simple solution.
I said earlier that Trump may not have handled it right. I really need to see more about it. Go Trump !

They didn’t ask about showers which is the real reason for the North Carolina law. Trump will surely get the chance to answer that question if he hasn’t already.
>> Who cares who uses which bathroom <<
Apparently the new Trumpian Credo (at least for a while).
Thanks for the profound perspicacity!
Statement of fact, regardless of the editorialize title.
When your house is on fire, you dont call a plumber to fix the garbage disposal; you call a fireman to put out the fire before it burns your house down.
Immigration, trade, & terrorism are the three fires burning our country down.
While I believe Cruz would make an excellent terrorism fireman, he is in no way an immigration or trade fireman. Those fires will burn as just as brightly as they are now if Cruz becomes president.
I sympathize (and agree) with those concerned about social issues, but these were long time developing problems, the solutions will take a long time to develop also. The next president (Cruz or otherwise) will have minimal (if any) impact in turning them back.
Our national house is on fire; immigration, trade, and terrorism are the fires burning it. Trump is far from the ideal candidate, but he is the ONLY fireman in the race.
If not Trump, who?
Okay. I’m hoping.
>> When he says leave it the way it is, he is referring to allowing men in the ladies room <<
Depends on what the meaning of “is” is.
No, it is not a national issue and should be thrown back to the states/locals
I am sure the founding fathers did not intend the federal government playing potty police
we don’t need men in the ladies room, but we also don’t need to create federal laws banning them either.
I hate creating feel good legislation that does nothing or in sometimes make the solution worse then the problem
We don’t need nationalized potty police with full government benefits going from stall to stall looking for peckers in the lady’s room
That is all I am saying here
