Mark is complaining that some conservative party members didn’t get to vote in the Republican primary in NY.
[That is because they are of a different party, Mark.]
It could have made a difference — for Cruz, he says.

All that would have done is delay the inevitable by a week, at most — that Cruz is mathematically unable to attain 1237.

Gee didn’t he spend the past 2 weeks slamming Trump and his supporters about how important rules are and how they have no right to whine or complain?!?!
Funny that he says that when he was ok with all the Colorado and Wyoming people who didn’t get to vote

Your point is absolutely right. It was a closed primary. Republicans and democrats only! Surely most will understand that. At least it was left up to the "voters"!
He was also bemoaning how Trump got 90% of New York delegates with 60% of the votes. Compared it to Cruz in Wisconsin. In Wisconsin, Cruz got 48% of the vote but got 86% of the delegates.
Geez! All of that in thirty seconds!
Ted Cruz: "I am the king of voterless states!"
