Ted Cruz on Wyoming win: "This is how elections are won in America."
Once again, voters are not represented in the process. Instead, "votes" for the nominee are gained by backroom politics. Another corrupt process by the GOP establishment.
From Fox News:
Ted Cruz on Saturday won all 14 delegates in the Wyoming GOP convention -- a relatively small number but enough for the Texas senator to declare victory and keep GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump from securing the nomination.
We are likely to have a battle in Cleveland to decide who is the nominee, Cruz told party members before they picked the delegates. If you dont want to see Donald Trump as the nominee, then I ask you to please vote for the men and women on this slate.
The Wyoming process mirrored that of Colorado, which was engulfed by political controversy after hosting a similar convention last week.

That boy is sure getting good at jumping sharks.
Where was the Trump outrage over the Nevada “voterless” results? Nevada uses essentially the same primary process as Colorado & Wyoming. Just a bit hypocritical on the Donald’s part.

rules made by the establishment in order to deny the voter their right to vote, and then let the establishment pick their guy.
yea something to be really proud of for those elitist turds.
Come Now then I guess the voters don’t have to vote then either.
If you can’t lick um, join um eh Ted?
The fellow with his religion on his sleeve might not be the best blessing of God after all.
News to me.
I don’t think Trump quite carried it to the point of Ted’s hypocrisy. Though Trump did have a lesson to learn about complacency. That blade cuts both ways.
The first primaries were around 1920. Before that, the party process was all smoky back room stuff.
Rewind 100 years before even that, to the time the constitution was being discussed, and IIRC, one George Mason was making remarks about being careful about spreading the vote around, because once given, it is really hard to take away.
Giving the vote to a decadent electorate is doom for the country. We're doomed.
Cruz is right. This is how it is done in the primaries, and has been for years. People are now complaining because they think their candidate got the short end of the stick (If Trump had done his homework he might have been competitive in these states) Don’t like the process? work to change it. But don’t cry foul when your candidate gets beat because he either didn’t know the process or didn’t care. Thanks for standing in the gap and taking a lot of heat for Cruz supporters. I get tired of my position getting bashed in almost every thread. Trump is not who some think he is.
How do YOU know what went on?
According to one account I saw, Colorado delegates got to see ten-second videos of the candidates before choosing. That sounds like it isn’t even trying to hide its farcical nature.
hey hey ho ho the two party system has got to go hey hey!!!
Cruz will about say anything.
does it bother you that the rules are made by the elitist establishment so the establishment can pick their guy and deny the voters their right to vote?
I take it you have never bene against the establishment right?
Yea I guess you won’t reply as you don’t want to answer.
We have learned a lot about what this process is, and whether it is good or bad is a valid matter of discussion.
In practicality, Trump is attempting to be a facilitator, with a populist model in mind. One might complain that this sounds a little amoral, but on the other hand if the result is ugly, a mirror should be held up to the American people, not to Trump.
"This is how elections are won in America."
Fox paws!
The process like in CO is a perfect setup for those motivated to manipulate elections.
It reeks like a week old homicide scene.
two party system has got to go hey hey!!!
I am waiting for the now political party “The American Party” to register with.
Cruz crew is proud that voters don’t really matter. Their condescension is going to bite them in the butt if Cruz runs against Hillary. She will have a field day with this. Even the Dems haven’t stopped this low.
And all those voters Cruz has snubbed? Good luck making them feel their vote matters after all.
All about the bribes and rules and the manipulation.
Establishment types are very proud.
