It’s not Cruz’s fault that Trump is a moron. Trump supporters who know the truth are willfully promoting the false narrative that the Colorado vote was rigged.

Cruz is sweeping nothing. This is the work of the GOPe machine using party insiders who have been in place since before the primaries began. They may claim they are for Cruz for the slow learners but the fact is they have no loyalty to Cruz. This is why the GOPe is so smug they have control of the nomination process Wake up Cruzers, your boy was taken over by the GOPe and is nothing more then a Rino Nominating political machine now.

It’s going to be so funny when Cruz gets stabbed in the back by the GOPe at the convention.

First hint will be when rule 40 is thrown out.

The process there stinks and they are finding out via blowback. Next time allow the citizens to cast a vote who have registered accordingly.

Trumps not a moron...though, he is many other things which I think disqualify him from the WH...

Trump is at best was naive about the process...

Strange, how the anti-entailment candidate has brought into his most inner circle a GOPe insider...(not really)

For a guy who boasts and brags he has the best and the brightest on his payroll, he sure looks stupid being caught flat footed on how the process actually works...

Trump supporters seem to want a pure democracy (mob rules) rather than a representative republic...

Mob rule rarely works out...

If the roles were reversed, Trump supporters would be bragging on how sharp and smart their guy is for getting (stealing) Cruz delegates...

Trump supporters who know the truth are willfully promoting the false narrative that the Colorado..

Everyone take note of what "defendtheright" is saying because it is absolutely TRUE. AND not just in Colorado!

I have posted that websites such as GATEWAT Pundit are doing exactly this by posting Cruz is stealing delegate which is NOT true. All delegates are legally obligated to vote for its candidate on the first ballot. I can rattle tons of misinformation just on this site alone.

What these hacks are doing is promoting the idea that if Trump has the most delegates but not a majority going into the convention he should be given the nomination. They are working you up so that if Trump does not win the nomination of the first ballot they will claim a stolen nomination. They want you to riot and harass delegates for god sakes.

Folks this is nothing short of Fascist techniques. The idea that a plurality is a majority is right out of the handbook.

It is rigged.

In our state delegate meeting, some of the Cruz supporters said they would vote for Trump on the first round, but Cruz on the second. Other supporters said they would not support Trump on the first round, let alone the second.

I am a Trump supporter and will not support Cruz, but the difference is if Cruz had won the state I would not be running to be a delegate to stack the deck. I would let the ones who could genuinely support either candidate run.

So if Cruz supporters get a chance they will nullify the vote of the people. Only Cruz supporters were elected at our meeting in NC.

The attitude of some of the Cruz supporters is to steal the election from the people, who stood in lines for hours to vote. I was an election official this year and saw the turn out for myself. I reported to the polls before 6am and didn’t leave until almost 11pm. The state also had a huge turn out for early voting. The people wanted to vote for their candidate and not have their votes nullified by the party elites.

If Mr. Trump and his staff had been able to work a “deal” like this one, I guess some of the Trump supporters would be writhing in orgasmic delight, while telling us that the Colorado coup had proven once again how brilliant Mr. Trump is at organizing and executing a complex operation.

get a frigging grip of yourself for crying out loud.
You know damn well the whole process on both sides are rigged.

Did you see the tweet by a delegate right after the vote?
Party officials have said that it is not the voters which elect the candidate it is the party. The voter only thinks they vote for someone.

YOU keep defending this crap and you are not better than the establishment and corruption which has taken this country to hell.

"It's not Cruz's fault" is the beginning of virtually every sentence from a Cruz supporter.

It's not his fault that he has passed virtually NO meaninful legislation, not his fault Ben Carson's campaign was submarined, not his fault he was a Canadian citizen until recently, not his fault he's a lawyer, not his fault he supported TPP, not his fault he voted FOR reducing veteran's benefits. and on and on and on.....

NOTHING is fault of the anointed one. Just ask one of his supporters.

Thank you for the link. It cleared up some of the controversy.

I suppose Trump didn't bother putting together a state by state organization because he figured he would just win walking away. It's going to be pretty tough to put one together at this late date. I guess that explains why he wants to portray everything that's going badly as a "shady deal". No doubt if the roles were reversed Trump would say that Cruz is failing because he's incompetent.

According to a story I heard this a.m., the rules for CO delegate apportionment were set last summer.

How then is it crooked for Cruz to follow the rules? How is it that Trump's aides neglected their homework while Cruz aides knew the rules?

Trump would have certainly taken advantage of this were he to have known about it. He has indicated on numerous occasions particularly regarding bankruptcy proceeding that he only took advantage of the laws on the books like any other businessman.

So Cruz follows the rules and he is a crook? Hmmmm

‘It’s not Cruz’s fault that Trump is a moron.’

Your definition of ‘moron’ — anyone who failed to pass the labyrinthine puzzle palace archives of delegate systems and degrees in rules-yet-to-be-written.

Of course a businessman has trouble navigating something even Confucian and Byzantine burea-craps would fail to master.

You say ‘moron’ when only the insiders know how to play the ‘game’.

Enjoy yourself and your feeling of mental superiority.

Lawyers are the only ones qualified, and they need all the beltway cronies they can get.

This is a government run by catamites, whores, and perverts.

Just like in St Louis. Trump is not educated on the rules or procedures. “This morning Jamie Allman gave a whiny Trump supporter 8-10 min airtime regarding the St. Charles Co Caucus held Saturday. I attended. Trump supporters did NOT have a complete Slate of Delegates prepared, despite the fact the Caucus Rules were available online since January. Though Parliamentary Procedure didn’t require it, the Caucus Chair allowed Trump supporters to change their out of order “request” for a 15 min recess to a motion. That motion was voted on by the entire Caucus body. Motion failed. Trump supporters then submitted an incomplete Slate of Delegates to the Nominating Committee and it was rejected. Again, all Caucus Rules were available since January. The Caucus body voted to adopt the only viable Slate of Delegates submitted, comprised of Cruz supporters.

No one was cheated. There were no shenanigans. Caucus Rules and Parliamentary Procedure were applied EQUALLY AND FAIRLY TO ALL.

“Instead, the stupid old man sat back in his jet until it was too late and now he’s whining that it was “stolen” from him. Sorry you deranged infantile cretin, but no one can “steal” what you never had in the first place.”

^^That^^

No, it’s not Cruz’s fault that Trump thinks we’re a democracy and is a whining, juvenile moron. But it is a fact that Trump supporters are trying to morph into being Ctuz’s fault.

You know what I've noticed that has been a Crucifix/garlic/light, lol, to you Cruz supporters and that is all these sleazy shenanigans is a moot point if Ted Cruz would have done the right thing and bowed out of the race gracefully.

But he has revealed to us that he is not graceful or principled or really not a conservative. He is needing 88% of the remaining delegates to win this thing outright and that is virtually impossible, especially with New York and the North East coming up.

In 2012, Santorum was one of the last left in the race and he was needing 75% of the remaining delegates to win this outright. He decided to bow out gracefully.

In conclusion, this race SHOULD already be over and the only logical reason for Ted Cruz to stay in is to help the GOP establishment disrupt this so they can attempt to undermine the will of the people. There is nothing conservative or principled about that.
