Well, apparently neither does the kosher liquor company that Donald Trump rented his name to.
Trump Vodka, the product of yet another licensing deal under Trump's name, was founded in 2006 and distributed by a company called Drinks Americas, the Jerusalem Post reports. Despite the Trumpian catchphrase "Success Distilled," distribution of the drink came to an end in 2011.
But when an independent importer saw an opportunity for the drink to enjoy a fruitful afterlife in Israel, Trump agreed to a new deal allowing H. Pixel International to distribute the Trump-branded booze in the Holy Land.
But according to the Jerusalem Post, it turns out that some Trump Vodka was made with chametz, a leavened food product forbidden on Passover, and not made with a grain alternative, such as potatoes or molasses.

I thought Vodka is supposed to be made with potatoes anyway — not grain.

Trump has joined this political party called the Republicans. Well anyway, this political party has a long history of association with another political party called the Democrats, and that political party used to have a large contingent that was in favor of slavery!
Not only that, Trump's fourth cousin twice removed once knew a guy in college that had dated a girl who had watched a tv show where the star of the tv show once got a parking ticket!

Why would anyone buy a vodka just because it has a celebrity’s name on it?
Jews who keep kosher know that "Kosher for Passover" is a different category and look for the labeling. Example: seasonal Coca-Cola made with sugar instead of corn syrup.
You’d think a company specializing in kosher alcoholic beverages would be more on top of things. But, it sounds as if only some of it had a problem, which leads me to believe that product was mislabeled.
Personally I prefer Grey Goose.
A lot of folks here on FR would swallow anything that has Trump’s name on it.

Why does ‘billionaire Trump’ continue to do these petty little deals that make relatively little money but continue to cause him problems?
Is he crazy or just greedy?
Trump University is an example. I don’t know how much he ended up making on that scam but he has now spent over $600,000 defending the lawsuit and still hasn’t won it.
He had to do this clothing line ... all made overseas which he supposedly hates. How much did he make off of that?
Even his daughter is doing the same thing with her scarf line, made in China and now declared dangerous and flammable.
What’s wrong with these people?
What would be left in the trumpers vocabulary if a supreme being were to remove the words sleazy and lying?

It’s interesting how the trumpkin mind instantly switches to Cruz when anything even mildly critical about Trump comes out.
Granted, this seems relatively petty, but it is symbolic of Trump.
He cannot resist any opportunity to make a nickel and apparently doesn’t bother to check out all the little schemes he loans his name to.
It's also interesting where we find you, altura, incessantly sniping and ankle-biting on the most picayune of matters, anything that would in your mind drag down Trump. Presumably, you've spent the majority of your days for the past several months doing this because you support Cruz.

It’s interesting that you deflect my comment with criticism of me.
Something was posted about a Trump scheme that turned out badly.
Instead of addressing that issue or making some effort to defend Trump, every single one of you started making comments about Cruz.
Go back and find one of you who did not do that and then come whining to me.
I make no apologies for supporting Cruz and I don’t have to.
