If we were actually able to gain back the white but, and have control of the Senate, is there an actual rule as to the size of the court? I know that it has been added to in the past.
Congress decides on the size of the Supreme Court.
Anybody who believes the US Constitution is a “LIVING DOCUMENT” should be automatically disqualified and barred from ever being a Judge for life.
