If the school really wanted to give illegals an education they could have done it for free. Why make other students pay for it? Sounds like they are imposing social engineering to me.

Prescott College is one of the most liberal colleges in the country, much less AZ.

The city and surrounding areas are conservative.

For someone to sue the school, they need standing to do so.
Since the fees are voluntary, the parties who pay have no injury they didn’t inflict on themselves, and since the parties who opted out had no injuries at all neither do they have grounds to sue.
