Congratulations to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) for winning his fourth primary! Usually Donald Trump wins the primaries where you go and vote, like in a real election. Cruz wins the caucuses run by the state parties, favored by political operators and cheaters.
Until now, the only primaries Cruz has won are in Texas (his home state), Oklahoma (basically the same state) and Idaho (where Trump never campaigned).
So now, Cruz has finally won an honest-to-goodness primary. This is great news for him, provided: (1) the general election is a caucus, and (2) the national media universally denounce Cruzs Democratic opponent the same way the Wisconsin media denounced Trump.
In that case, Cruz should do fine.
The Cruz-bots dont care. They dont care that theyre being used as a cats-paw by the Never Trump crowd, and that a brokered Republican convention is more likely to end with Bernie as the nominee than Cruz.
The Cruz cultists dont even care about plain honesty, which I always thought was a conservative value. Republicans used to be appalled by guttersnipe, lying political operators like the Clintons. Now they are guttersnipe, lying political operators like the Clintons.
Its all hands on deck to stop the only presidential candidate who wants to save America from the cheap labor plutocrats.
Cruz has flipped to Trumps side on every important political issue of this campaign which only ARE issues because of Trump. These are:
...
These are all positions Cruz has changed since being a senator most of them hes flipped on only in the last year.

Poor Ann.
She and her little buddy, Matt Drudge, have figured out a way to regain some of their lost credibility.
Jump on the Trump train.
If you are going to dish it, better be prepared to take it.
LOL.
I was under the misimpression that honesty was still a conservative value.
Without honesty, any cause is lost. Regardless of who you support, it's so important to care about truth, whether it makes you feel good or not. It's so easy just to believe whatever makes you feel good, whether it's true or not.
In her columns, sometimes Ann is awful, and sometimes she kills it. Today it's the latter.
BTW, what does Ann mean by “Moonie” in this context? Typically, it means “a member of the Unification Church.”
Blame me - I didn’t vote for Perot.
Have regretted it EVERY day since.
FReegards!
Indeed. Can you think of any honest "conservative" lawyers? Off the top of my head, I simply can't.
She is a pistol! I love her intelligence & wit!
I can only think of a couple. ;)
Eh, yeah you are right ;)
Coulter hasn’t been relevant for years. She LOVES the RINOs. Romney, Christie, Trump.
More truth than you know. There is a monopoly of American legal theory, and no one with ambition dares deviate far from current orthodoxy. Anyone with a law school education doesn’t have the vocabulary or even the thought processes to see ‘original intent’ as anything but history or quaint philosophy.
Ann writes:
If James Carville and Paul Begala had a baby, it would be a Cruz supporter.
If she loves the RINOs she be on team Cruz along with Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, Lindsey Gram, Paul Ryan, Carly Fiorina, Nicky Haley, Golden Sachs, The Club for Growth and the entire globalist GOPe establishment.
Actually she has been relevant for years and years.
Do you think you will ever be relevant?
Signing up for FR a couple of months ago is a good start, but showing hardcore CES is a quite ignorant.
I laughed when I read that. It’s just so danged snarky, and accurate!
She also referred to them as “moonbats” and again, how true.
OK, that's what she meant by Moonies, but she needs to be more careful with her choice of words, because that usually carries a different meaning.
Oh yeah Ann is right, remember how right she was when she was hawking the man in the magic underwear? Come on you remember him Mitt Romney, Ann was sure right then, wasn’t she? I think think I’ll take a pass on ole bony marony, her judgement is kinda undependable.
