Sen. Ted Cruz was projected to win the Wisconsin primary Tuesday, delivering a stunning blow to GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump and resetting the race as it heads east later this month.

Where’s the link to the Twitter, Trump web site, or anything official?
Screen cap with real twitter logos & symbols ?
Screen cap of Trump web site?
Anything other than what was posted here on FR?
What’s the origin?
We’ve seen lyrics to “Grease” attributed to Cruz and or Amanda , which turned out to be faked.
So I’m asking for someone to check on it.
You’re a PCP? Primary care physician? Penta-chloro-phenol?

>> The very last poll that came out, the ARG poll, had tRump winning by 10 points <<
Yep, missed the mark by a mere 23 percentage points. That may set some kind of record for bad polling.
Easy for the guy who declares victory even when he loses.
I calculate, if I didn’t rush, that DT needs 62.28868660598179% of the remaining.
No doubt the GOP Establishment does not want that to happen.
Now, if they just had Neil Bush working on the finances.....
For the learning impaired on the Trumpon side, the true conservative/TEA Party folks are ALSO trying to deny Trump the nomination. For the first time in a long time, there’s a common enemy. The establishment fears for their power, the conservatives fear for their COUNTRY. I’ll happily take out the current threat and then focus on the GOPe.
Cruz is wired in to the Neocon/Globalist/Uniparty
Post #340 of this thread. The Trump Facebook page.
Those are great numbers for Trump, even considering that they are in his home state.
RCP has him +31.2 average in New York. He will of course win NY, and with his “style” probably win big. Same for him in NJ or PA.
But the real number that counts will be his winning percentage, vs. how he is polling. If he wins at a +30 or greater, even a +28, that will be a great sign for him, and to the DC decision makers.
If he wins as only a +18 to +20 or less, that will be moderately bad for him. A +10 or + 14 win, in his home state, by the candidate leading the delegate count, would be horrible.
These are the “between the lines” numbers that really count when predicting how a primary candidate will do in the general.... and please remember, winning in November is everything. Losing in November is speeches to the Friday Noon Kiawanis CLub in Muldraw, Kentucky.
When did this wiring happen? Last month?
Great question! Would be really intriguing in the context of a future POTUS election contest.
Anyway, I know the INS now uses DNA testing a lot to prove or disprove that visa applicants claiming close kinship to US citizens are really who they claim to be. It's a big business for some DNA-testing companies.
What's more, the specific issue you raise must have come up, maybe quite a few times.
Still, I have absolutely no idea as to when a DNA test would be required, as opposed to being merely voluntary, especially if the child in question should have a valid birth certificate and/or a valid consular report of birth abroad.
Any immigration lawyers on FR?

Uniparty kingpin McConnell is funneling money to him
... just for openers.
I think the only thing that all the Cruz supporters, which includes the media and talk radio, are concerned about is nominating a pure conservative and that will be a win. Not that he can win the general because I dont think he will. If by chance Ted gets to 1237 (getting the nom. legit) then he may get the backing to maybe win the general but thats still questionable.
The Trump supporters are not going to forget what Ted is doing by trying to deny Trump the nomination by suctioning off delegates resulting in neither of them getting to 1237 and then if Cruz wins by a contested convention, and at point, it will be very difficult for Ted to get Trump supporters, which would then make it very hard to win the general election but at least they nominated a pure conservative. I will vote for either one that gets to 1237 legitimately which would be Americas Choice.
Per Washington Times which is notably anti Trump with Charlie Hurt an exception
As was projected Cruz won Wisconsin and delivered a STUNNING blow
Really?
Projected but stunning blow?
That is ridiculous writing
“The young lady watched her stomach swell for 9 months and felt the quickening after 5 months and contractions ever so slightly after 7 and a half months and then at 40 weeks she and her husband were STUNNED by the delivery of a healthy 7 pound baby boy named Theodore Ignatious Cross”
Later at christening the priest was STUNNED as the halo appeared over little Teddys head much to the glee of the parents Mr and Mrs Bean Dog Steelfish
What lies are those? That trump supports planned parenthood? Universal health care? Nude modeling?
Immigration is not my area, but every present or former DC lawyer has spent at least an hour on this.
#1: US statute is very clear. He is a natural born citizen. Natural born does not mean native born. Natural born means a citizen at the moment of birth, by operation of law. Law is very clear. Because of mother, and his later US residency, he is clearly a NB citizen.
(See US Code 1401 and Harvard Law Review http://harvardlawreview.org/2015/03/on-the-meaning-of-natural-born-citizen/)
#2: Even if there was a possibility of a successful legal challenge, the courts are very reluctant to go against voters’ choices. For example, JFK’s in actuality not winning Illinois, and therefore NOT winning the presidency, Nixon knew even though the FBI had all the evidence of election stealing vote fraud by the Chicago Daley Machine, the people thought JFK had won and the courts would have been VERY reluctant to get involved.... and Nixon declined to take the matter into the courts.
For example, SCOTUS knew they had to, but hated having to be involved in Bush v. Gore. Regardless of their ruling, they knew the case would bring nothing but bad vibes for the Court.
That’s also why many Florida District Courts kicked their 2000 election cases to Leon County. “I’m not touching that one.....”
Also, there is the standing issue. Who exactly would one sue, and what is their standing to do so. Courts do not like cases such as this.
The controlling law is the Immigration and Nationality Act, Pub. L. No. 82-414 § 301(a)(7), 66 Stat. 163, 236 (1952).
The foreign-born child is not a citizen if the citizen parent does not meet the requirements of this statute. The foreign-born child is not a
citizen by birth, the foreign-born child is a citizen by statute. http://uscode.house.gov/statviewer.htm?volume=66&page=163
Statutes conferring citizenship upon foreign-born children of citizens is naturalization. U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 702-703 (1898)
Totally true: USC 1401 and http://harvardlawreview.org/2015/03/on-the-meaning-of-natural-born-citizen/
Also, who would they sue? Not Cruz. he is not electing himself President. The only defendants would be the individual state electors, each one of them individually, or the President of the Senate, (Biden) for “receiving their votes,” or some weird Writ of Mandamus to prevent him from doing so.
A total non-starter
Actually, no.
The foreign-born child is a citizen AT the moment of birth, not BY the act of that birth, at least not any more than it makes him/her a live human being, which is the requirement of any US citizen. My dog, born here, is not a citizen. Not enough chromosomes.
However that NBC status can be revoked if that NBC child fails to commit certain acts; residency, etc. or commits certain acts, renouncement, etc.
