Sen. Ted Cruz was projected to win the Wisconsin primary Tuesday, delivering a stunning blow to GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump and resetting the race as it heads east later this month.

Well. If a candidate is trying to win, by use of the rules in place, I guess you can call it nullification. It's how the game has always been played.
Hes been in Washington on and off since 1999. Thats not an outsider in my book.
I just do not find that to be a compelling argument. Sounds like a claim that geographical proximity automatically pollutes everyone.
If he were the insider you are painting him to be, why is he so hated? When he got rolled by McConnell, why didn't he just swallow his spit?
You don't negate my contention that we of the base need to press hard for some real strategy from our candidates to stymie Rove/Romney.
Not a Cruz fan at all. But “like a guy selling some cheap product on TV or something”... Is this an attempt at a Trump parody on your part? Seriously? Like some huckster pushing steaks and wine and bottled water at a political speech? Like that?
Not really. I don’t think any clear minded, sober person could look at the electorate and the lay of the land and not expect a Hillary victory in 2016.
Wishful thinking is increasingly becoming a pervasice Republican defect.
My thoughts exactly! Everyone expected him to win this small potatoes state and is now acting like he swept Super Tuesday.
The media is ridiculous and has been framing the debate for longer than we’ve been alive though.
You believe Cruz is anointed.
You believe that “Hatred of Yeshuas true assembly is what drives all opposition to Ted Cruz.”
That, FRiend, is cult behavior.
“Our leader has been anointed. Those who do not follow our leader hate Yeshua” That is 100% cult and it is blasphemous.

Dementia much?

How do we know that that tweet is real?

Was it a stunning blow to Cruz when Trump won New Hampshire and South Carolina?
It’s fun to watch but neither will be the nominee. If it ends up Cruz gets it then I’ll know Cruz was a fraud all along and he won’t get my vote. Not that he needs it.
More corn pone, e-s. You’re making it up as you go.
If Ted Cruz is involved, I want no part of it.
I don’t want that man anywhere near leadership ever again.
I started out this campaign urging to have him be the VP selection.
Not any more...
Oh Sure. Cruz supporter's aren't "the people".
BTW, it was a great loss for Chris Chistie, Rooty Giuliani, Scott Brown, RINO Congressmen Chris Collins, Tom Reed and Lou Barletta plus Jimmy Carter and Robert Reich who prefer the "malleable" one.
Ah. I’m not a faithful Christian, but I do appreciate their faith and appreciate living in a Christian based country.
.
It is unknown exactly where Chester Arthur was born, since the settlement is no longer in existence.
The questioning of his birth status was every bit as dishonest and disingenuous as the questioning of Cruz’ natural born citizenship.
Liars have a big stake in this election.
It would be the same as a team losing 42 to 7 scored another td right at the end of the third quarter. Happy, sure. I’ll give them happy.
But to have a game winning celebration at the end of the 3rd quarter?
That’s a little crazy. The ref would probably throw a flag.
Walker is not GOP establishment, per se. He was an outsider conservative state Assemblyman, then he was an outsider conservative in a nonpartisan position as Milwaukee County Executive. Walker, like Cruz, was able to draw support from all parts of the GOP in his 2010 run for governor, his 2011 recall and his 2014 re-election. He did not move to the Establishment center, the Establishment moved behind Walker - very similar to Cruz's presidential campaign.
Ryan has moved over the past 4 years to become the GOP establishment, but did not help Cruz in the Wisconsin primary. As House Speaker, Ryan stated he would not and could not make an endorsement of any candidate. I'm positive he voted for Cruz, but he made no appearances or announcements on Cruz's behalf.

You remind me of my kids when they were little.
Fortunately they grew up...
.
Ah yes, the bullcorn begins. I think Cruz will see just how much the race was ‘reset’ when he faces Trump in NY. Cruz is a hardliner and will likely be massacred there.
.
Very feeble analogy.

By no stretch of the imagination is Cruz what Washington would have considered to be an NBC. Now, in our day, they have changed that to mean ‘citizen at birth’ and they proscribe a different method of being such, but that’s Congress’ prerogative in a sense, since NBC was (sadly) never defined in any clear way. But the insights gained from the naturalization laws of 1790 and 1795 show that Washington wouldn’t have considered Ted Cruz to be a natural born citizen.
