I did buy a nifty new appliance, recently, that I made a pot roast in the other night....in less than an hour. Pot roast was so delish and the veggies were perfectly cooked.
What is this nifty new appliance? I am a kitchen gadget/small appliance junkie. I still haven’t gotten a sous vide cooker, but want one.
I suspect your appliance is a pressure cooker ;-)
