I'm finished with the Republican Party... Are you? (vanity)
5 April, 2016 | Me

Posted on 04/05/2016 6:39:49 PM PDT by Magnatron

I've only recently become a Trump supporter. I was leaning toward Cruz, but couldn't go with him when he decided to collude with the GOPe, fully knowing (I have to imagine) that there wasn't a snowball's chance in Hell they would pick him in a contested convention. It's obvious that the GOP has decided to self destruct. Their disregard for conservatives and their complete disdain for the middle and working class has turned my stomach.

I've turned in my membership. I'm finished for good with the Republican Party. I've decided to go Independant from this point forward, and I've gotten to,wondering...

...how many folks here have moved out too?

Meanwhile, Cruzie and his Floozies cuddle up with the GOPe to try winning the White Hut.

I can see why you are a Trump supporter. Maybe he can get you a good, no show union job.

“I didn’t say would vote for a Republican if he or she was the best one in the race and who held my views. I’m just done as a formal member of the party. “

Yeah, just remember what Rinse Your Penis said yesterday: “The Party will select the nominee!” I guess being a registered Republican doesn’t mean what it used to. The Republican Party is now like the Paris Subway, where there are First and Second Class cars. I just wonder why they even bother with primary elections since it’s clear they have no intention of abiding by the voters decisions. The only good news is that the RAT Party is even more corrupt in their primary practices, not that I give a damn.

I don’t know. I’ve stopped giving to the party altogether, but will support individual candidates. That being said, it’s hard as hell these days to get serious money and resources behind a 3rd party. I worry that the GOPe has led us into a terrible situation, squandering the influence Reagan conservative principles got us.

All I can do is vote and support according to my conservative principles, and working to help others do the same.

God bless.

No that would have been Barry Goldwater. Conservatism is dead and has been.

“I don’t think leaving is necessary because I do not see how it survives this election intact.”

Right. And if you’re unhappy with the general election results, and most of us will be, then you need to be involved in the party to expunge those responsible.

This “I’m going Independent” nonsense is just going to marginalize the people the GOPe and the dems want to be rid of.

Oh absolutely, I’m done.......now if we can just get organized well enough in the next seven months to form a viable party, with funding and a real candidate that might attract women, then we can beat Hillary and the democrats. “Anyone but a Republican” could be pretty compelling in the general election.

I’m bitterly opposed to President Hillary. If you are not, why are you on a pro-America website?

I heard GOPe is getting Paul Ryan ready. I’ll freaking scream if they put that a-hole in.

If they steal it from Trump HE NEEDS TO GO THIRD PARTY and take about 100 senators and congressmen with him. I have never voted third party but I am itching to now.

he who leaves and fails to support the Republican candidate is an Obama lover for they are guaranteeing a Clinton or Sanders win. And don’t say a Cruz or Trump are no different from the Dems - ‘taint so!!

Never liked the Republicans, I was never "with" them.

That said, I'll vote for whomever gives us the best chance to save this Republic. I may bitch and moan about it, but in the end I'll man up about it and do what I gotta.

Well, I believe it. Who would be more conservative? McCain? Bush 1 or 2? Romney? Even Reagan?

If you are a Trump supporter you should become a Democrat like Trump.

If he gets jobbed in Cleveland, I will. Conservatism has meant 2 trillion dollar budgets and armies of "immigrants" who were hunting monkeys with blow guns two weeks ago and health care you have to sell a family of fours' blood to be able to afford. Hillary for President before I fall for that conservative line of crap again.

I’ll be banned next November because I’ll vote straight democrat if the republicans admit to me my vote doesn’t count. And think about that. If they spend millions and millions AGAINST Trump and the gopE superpacs give money to Cruz, they’re telling me my vote doesn’t count. So, if that’s the case then they won’t be upset if I vote for a democrat.

What jobs????????

Ted Cruz and the Cheap Labor Express has shipped most of them out of the country or have brought in H1-B visa workers in.

If America passes on the opportunity to kick the establishment in the teeth and instead puts some machine pol in power once again, I give up on America as well as the GOP.

I have held my nose for the final time.

“Down with the Eagle and up with the Cross” for me come this November.
