Are you so confident because Ted’s “secret army” is still waiting in the wings to ambush Trump? Someone forgot to mobilize them on Super Tuesday. And in Arizona. And across the entire deep south.
It should have been clear to you some time back that Cruz isn’t going to win this fair and square. That you continue your blind and even arrogant support of him on this website, shows that you’re willing to toss whatever reputation you once had in this community into the fire.

Let’s just see how these primaries go and do the honorable thing when the results are clear, eh? In other words, if Trump gets the requisite number of delegates to win on the first vote, let’s back him as the candidate 100%. If, on the other hand, Cruz somehow pulls this out number wise, then let’s give him unconditional support as the nominee. What we should be doing—both sides—is planning to prevent a GOPe end around on the nominee, should someone get the magic number of delegates.

Oh I dunno. I guess it’s because Cruz is trying to steal Trump delegates. Because the GOP-e is using Cruz as a cats’ paw. Either that or Cruz is Establishment.

Because the GOPe rules the Convention. Cruz won’t be able to win, but he will still be able to do his duty for his Establishment masters and spoil Trump’s win.
Because, like Cruz, those who have made it their goal in life to stop trump from being the clear winner (even though that will leave us with no winners) seem to be fine with the chaos when it is discovered that those who originally hated Cruz still hate him and only "supported" him because they hate/fear Trump more and their combined efforts put Hillary that much closer to the WH.
The question is, why aren't all the "stop Trump" folks having any inner qualms about what is going on?
I don’t know if Enlightened1 is jittery or not, but I am because I think the nomination will be given to a Romney or Ryan who have done nothing to earn it. The GOPe would rather have Cankles and keep the good times rolling in DC.
Ryan proved with the budget how much he cares about us. They will live in their gated communities and not be affected by the mess the rest of us suffer until one day there are no tax dollars left to steal.
