Lotus Notes will always survive despite it being one of the worst software packages ever foisted on the world.
Ginni is sure ‘The Cloud’ will save IBM after she’s sold off everything and still lost money. The board still gave her a 6% raise and 19 million shares of stock after losing money for five or six quarters.

Never met more arrogant pricks than the ones who worked for IBM in my town. If they’re getting screwed, I’m high-fivin’.

Notes is like the Daleks in Dr. Who, no matter what it survives somewhere somehow.

Lotus Notes is still around?
Every single Indian IT project I have ever run across needed a total rewrite.
It still hangs on where I am, mostly hosting some databases.
True but I would make sure I would get the money I wanted before ever working for them.
