FULTON, N.Y. -- A Fulton nurse convicted of taking a photo of an unconscious patient's penis with her iPhone last year surrendered her license, according to the New York State Education Department.
Kristen Johnson was forced to give up her license as part of a plea deal where she pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disseminating of unlawful surveillance photos.
Her conviction came after a nine-month investigation by the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office into complaints from her Upstate University Hospital co-workers that she sent pictures of two patients via text message.
She was originally charged with two counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance and one count of second-degree disseminating unlawful surveillance.
The felony charge against her was reduced as part of her plea, which also requires Johnson to spend three years on probation.
According to the state, Johnson surrendered her license and did not contest the charge of moral unfitness in the practice.
The difference is that the patients were unconscious and couldn’t give consent. Did she touch him to get a better picture? Stimulate him? Well endowed or not, no man should be wondering what filthy hands touched his private parts when unconscious.
In no way, at any part of this was there anything right or moral and she knew it. You don’t take advantage of sick people for laughs.
She should be publicly caned.
And what happens to men who take pictures up women’s skirts/dresses? Where’s the “equality” in this one?
Johnson & Johnson has long been a part of healthcare....
If a man had done this the charge would be much worse. and she did this to several people.

If the nurse is only looking (and taking pics) does it really matter then if the perp is a gay dude instead of a blond chic?
and meanwhile, Erin Andrews gets a judgement for $55,000,000 and jail time for the perp.

My last trip to the hospital years ago for Gall Bladder removal I was in pain and naked 24/7 for 4 days and did not care. Every nurse and assistant that came in my room saw everything and did not give it a second thought, so I did not either.
I remember her. I suggested using a wide angle lens. She just laughed and laughed.
