Murder in Glasgow - apparently, this is an attack by Islamic fundamentalists, on a peaceful shopkeeper, who was a member of the Ahmadi sect. More details to come when the case goes to court. The community in Glasgow is very shocked, and are holding rallies to support Shah's family.

Probably murdered for daring to wish Christians a Happy Easter.

Don’t the Brits have as horrible a catch and release program as Obama?

So it seems. An Easter martyr in Scotland - and he’s an Ahmadi.
The Glasgow community won’t stand for it. They have cancelled holiday celebrations on the south side, and are holding vigils and rallies.

There certainly seem to be a lot of serious crimes in Britain, which turn out to be the work of someone released after 2 minutes in prison, for some other offence.
It is the same in my country, Australia.

Sunni Muslims discriminate against, bring blasphemy charges against, fine, imprison, attack, and kill Ahmadis all over the world
(Here's a Wikipedia article on the persecution of the Ahmadis) despite the fact that the Ahmadis are Muslims who hold to the same beliefs as the Sunnis, except they had a leader, years back, who they identified as the Islamic Messiah (Mahdi).
I think one of the reason the Saudis and ISIS hate Assad of Syria is that he has protected Ahmadis, Alawites, and Druzes ----- Muslim minorities --- as well as Christians.
Assad is no prince of peace by far --- a real b@$%*#& in fact ---- but he's better than the rest of 'em. Naturally Zero wants to take him out.

"A post on Thursday from an account that appears to be Mr Shah's said: "Good Friday and very happy Easter, especially to my beloved Christian nation x!" When I read about Mr. Shah and this attack earlier today, I couldn't help but think of Emeth in CS Lewis's, "The Last Battle."

Almadhis are true Muslim moderates, in some regard like Unitarians.
And Pakistan’s constitution actually denounces that sect, and they are killed by Sunnis regularly. Hence their disproportionate immigration to the UK for safety.

...”religiously prejudiced” crime... Is that UK speak for a crime that better or worse than a “hate crime”?

What I also find incredibly appealing is u.k arrested someone who asked a Muslim how they felt about Brussels, on computer media.. And arrested them for that! That is free speech! This man was asking nice, she gave usual no answer of any worth and he called her a name, oh boo hoo did that hurt her feelings? Anyways, u.k Scotland Ireland you all have to say as you please, yell your dislike to the roof tops, they can’t put a million voices on the web in prison!
To: Lurker
You know what? That is what everyone should do to every Muslim they see, wish them a happy Easter! Let them get used to it.. To where they start blowing it off, and not think it’s a bad thing, I hope this Muslim gets the death penalty!
To: Gene Eric
Yes, very.. Now Christian going to be worried say happy Easter and stores scared to have Easter items, this is how Islam wins, Christians must counter this by going over board, till they get used to it and see you won’t bend, fight for your country!
To: Usakindatheart
Exactly.
Notice how many “courageous” libtards blast Christianity but never criticize Islam?
We’re not only battling Islam, but also the Left.
Indeed, the West must fight!

It is a crime worthy of the death penalty, but they no longer have that in the UK.
